Very frustrating and not customer friendly at all. They are behind the times and Technology when I went in today I forgot to print my coupon and did not have time in between working and running family errands so I went in hoping to have some sympathy for a repeat customer only to walk into an obnoxious sign that states must have printed coupon on incoming order no exceptions. This must be the last business in Florida that does not accept anything through your phone so I walked out took my clothes to another local cleaner if they dont want my business then I dont want to give it to them

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE They have large 20x20" signs in this store that say "Business Shirts for $1.79," and when you get the bill, the subtotal comes out to be $2.50 per shirt. When I asked why I was being overcharged, the lady at the counter became rude and insisted the price was correct. 1.) Unorganized (They took over 10 minutes trying to find my shirts because they "misplaced" them) 2.) False Advertisement (Advertising $1.79 per shirt, comes out to be $2.50 before tax) 3.) Bad Service (Very rude people working there) Recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This is the worst dry cleaner, the lady that works in front is very rude and does not have good customer service skills, the manager is another rude person that the only thing he can said is he is going to call the police because I left my clothes there and when i went to pick them up they were already picked up by other person and they do not want to respond , even do they know that the other person paid with a credit card and it is not my signature, do not use their services they are not good persons

We have been going to this cleaners for 13 years. they are excellent. When problems have occurred, which can happen anywhere you go, they were very good to take care of the situation. Business shirts have a collar support to keep shirts looking good in the closets. Their stain removal is awesome. I will continue to take my clothes to them. They take pride in the work they do. I use the Coral Springs cleaners off of Coral Ridge.

they advertise like they are some sort of premier dry cleaner but in fact they cant even follow simple instructions. i dropped of 7 shirts and they only did 5, told me that the other 2 needed some sort of special process. No other dry cleaner told me that. Also overpriced. i think they spend so much money on marketing that they have to increase their prices.

They ruined a very expensive blouse of mine and refused to do anything about it. We give them a very large amount of business each month, and they could have at least given us some compensation. The manager was very rude and didnt seem to care that she is losing our business and that of our friends. Very, very poor business sense!
