I brought some of my favorite clothes to this place. I thought it was convenient to grab after work. I dropped off about 15 items of my best quality stuff, I had already used them for my work shirts no problem. I went to pick up my clothes and my wife’s silk shirts were ruined! My wife’s very expensive Marc Jacobs dress was damaged. These were silk items that were treated as cotton; they’re very faded. She tried to contact the owner on several different occasions during that week and he never returned her calls. She had to go and beg the girl that works there to call him every day after work; and on the 2nd or 3rd phone call his would answer .The owner George Resaul, offered a free cleaning and credit to come back again. Why would anyone in their right mind continue to go there if he never did the job right the first time? This owner yelled at my wife on the phone and told her to take him to court because he said” he is not responsible for what happens with the clothes that he has cleaned.” He was unapologetic and used abrasive language over the phone. This guy has another business (One Price Cleaners) on the corner of Taft and Douglas. I’m sure by this guy’s attitude this is not the first time this has happened. So, if you care about your clothes don’t take them there!
