I am new to dry cleaning and I work at a luxury retailer where I am required to wear a uniform everyday. My uniform, though it has the tag of the brand, the materials are not luxury. I had two cotton white button down shirts, two cotton cardigans, two polyester pants and a polyester dress. My bill was 100 for a cleaning and press. My clothes look great and the woman was very nice but to know that I was overcharged just because I am new to the experience and maybe because my clothes had a a luxury brand on it, is really disappointing. I am in Miami Gardens for Christ sakes...I would never think I would be paying prices like that in an urban neighborhood. Instead of having a loyal and faithful client, they rather scam me in the beginning. I feel taken advantage of and will not return.

Just paid six dollars per shirt to have them washed and ironed! No prices on the wall. What a set of criminals! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

customer service sucks there... There rude , no one says hello...Im not sure if I would leave my clothing there again . Bad!
