At such a difficult time, Our (Wife, Mother, Grandmother, great-grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Friend, Neighbor) passed away suddenly we had to plan a funeral quickly, we first went to a neighboring funeral home and got shown what our options were (who knew it costs more to dig on Sunday) and got a breakdown and quite frankly just didnt feel right. So we left and came to Landmark ( I thought it was a chain name, but I guess it is because the building is a landmark), Kevin was our first contact, from the beginning there were little signs that we were in the right place, AND the price was close to half of the other funeral home. We didnt want a religious service and was offered a "Life Celebrant", In steps Valerie, Kevins wife and grew up in this funeral home (the old Panciera) , We spoke at length about my mother and our lives growing up here in Hollywood, with that conversation Valerie gave my mother one of the most beautiful eulogies and celebrations of her life, I am eternally grateful to have had her be there for Us, Our Family and Friends. I also want to Thank Patricia for the beautiful job she did, We were comforted thru this whole process to have them help us say our last goodbye to our sweet Mother.

Kevin and Valerie were wonderful from start to finish when my mom passed away last september and then again, tragically, when dad died just eight months later. We really felt taken care of. Every detail was considered and their true compassion was obvious. Their embalmer is truly one of the most talented, thoughtful and kind humans I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks you Panciera family for your kindness
