La mejor barbería ,usualmente no soy de los que uso los sitios web para evaluar los servicios que recibo o expresar mi criterio sobre los mismos. Pero el profesionalismo, buen trato,la calidad humana ,el ambiente , la higiene (que para mi es muy importante) y el mejor servicio en general , lo encontre en Upper Kuts ,es por eso ,que recomiendo a todos que la visiten y juzguen por uds mi comentario. Y al staff , que sigan brindando el mejor servicio en todo Homestead. Gracias.

First time here. The haircut done to my 3yr old was great. Im giving a 1 for customer service. Since it was my first time I asked 1 of the barbers if there was a sign in sheet he said no. I sat down waited for an hour as people kept coming. Then when it was my turn they skipped me twice, I got up and asked the same barber I spoke to earlier, how do they know whose next if I was skipped twice. The barber replied "I dont know I wasnt here and I cant see who is next," BS he was there cuz I asked him as soon as I entered for a sign in sheet. The two men that skipped me apparently know the barbers so they get priority. Another guy also waiting went up and complain as well. Would not recommend unless they get organized or a sign in sheet to know whos next.

Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years now, and I can say that Upper Kuts has been a wonderful experience, it is not only because of the amazing haircuts but for the friendly and family oriented environment. Seeing a bad review about this barbershop made me write this comment, the same exact joke was made to me once, but the thing is that I took it as what it was... a joke! The barbers are more than friendly, and it was a way to say that the barbershop accepts any kinds of payments, maybe people shouldnt take jokes too seriously, after all, they werent racist in this case, it was the woman who thought she was being discriminated because of her color.

I came here with my husband Im actually sitting here right now and I when we walked in no one wanted to take my husbands hair then when I asked him if he accepts visa he reply "we take food stamps too" Yes Im Black and just because we are BLACK dont mean we cant pay for what we need if I didnt have the money to shop here I would not have brought my husband here I came here because of the setting for him to enjoy a hair cut not be discriminated against in a place of business little do they know Im Dominican and Im very fluent in Spanish and I will be calling a lawyer...

I enjoy coming here with my family because if the cleanliness and the professionalism of the place. Its very family oriented and I actually dont mind bringing my son if need be by myself. The bathrooms are ways extremely clean. Great service worth every penny! I would highly recommend this place to everybody... :o)

Best Barber Shop Around , I Live in Miami Beach Florida and me and my roommate drive all the way down to homestead just to get our haircuts here ! The owner and Everyone is great with those clippers !! Very accommodating , clean and relaxing !

The service was fast, and pleasant, the guy that did my hair didnt speak English so another barber translated, he was great but I wanted a #1 fade and in 5 mins he was done there was no fade and I was not happy, going to try someplace else.
