A New Leaf Painting is an outstanding company. The spokesman, Thomas Drake was fantastic in discussing a no pressure contract and the painters who did the work were simply fantastic! Completely unsolicited, I sent the following letter to A New Leaf Painting: Hello Thomas, I write to compliment you on your presentation style regarding the contract for painting in our home. My wife and I were very impressed with the way you presented A New Leaf for our painting needs. Your approach was to give us the necessary information and assurances without being overbearing or pressuring us for a contract. Once we made our decision and contacted you to start painting, you got us started with the first available team without delay. True to your word, the painters arrived at 8:00 am sharp the first day and returned everyday to get the job done very efficiently. They were fantastic people to work with and we enjoyed their professionalism and light humor as well! The four man team of painters were very respectful, professional, and appreciative of our home and made a point of trying to inconvenience us the least amount possible while getting things done. They men were very good at working as a well managed team. We were very impressed with the extra effort put forth to serve our needs and the supervisor, Jake, was here the entire time as well. Hired New Leaf a few weeks ago to paint our living room and dinning room. Thomas called us back within a day of us emailing the company to get an estimate, and he was very accommodating as to when he could come over to talk about the job. Very professional and thorough estimate, and a very competitive price. Probably the best price you can get for an insured, legitimate company. 5/5 stars for price and 5/5 stars for management, The paint crew came in and taped up the trim, put paper and drop cloths on the floors, and moved furniture to the center of the room and covered with plastic. The rooms look great with two coats of Sherwin Williams paint, and they finished everything fairly quickly. 5/5 for prep and 4.5/5 for work quality (a couple drip marks visible on the trim, but walls look good). My only big ding on the rating is for the inconvenience of having to juggle my work schedule around the crew. Overall, a good experience with the company and end product. Thomas is a true professional, and half of the crew he sent was hardworking, thorough, responsive to texts and calls, and went the extra mile doing some of the little things like prep, touch up and clean up. Youd be hard pressed to beat the price from a legitimate painting company that does a quality job in Jacksonville.

Just had my stucco home exterior repaired and repainted. I also had 2 interior rooms in my home repainted. What a wonderful job, both inside and out by professional, well trained staff. Despite battling inclement summer rainstorms and having to go back and forth from the outside to the inside of my home, care was taken inside my home to prevent water and dirt from soiling my carpeted floors. Benjamin and Justin provided great attention to details and had no problems with any extra touch-ups that I felt were necessary. The company owner, Thomas Drake was extremely knowledgeable about the entire painting process and could explain and recommend the best techniques for repair of stucco and painting. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. The New Leaf Painting Company provides a detailed line by line contract that makes the job description and pricing clear. Their free color consulting service was an added plus and Liz Studer their interior designer was helpful in making exterior and interior color choices. I obtained estimates from 4 other competitors and New Leaf Painting beat all others in pricing by 30%. A New Leaf Painting is a perfect match of great quality and affordable pricing. I plan to use them in the future for additional painting needs.

"A New Leaf Painting" did an outstanding job re-painting the exterior of my home. Danny and Jason arrived on time and went right to work completely pressure washing the exterior and especially my gutters which were black with mold. Now they look like new. Next, they caulked and patched a number of small holes and cracks that I had noticed and some I had not. They then applied a sealer and finally the paint. Most of this was applied using a sprayer which really works better and is much faster. They touched up with a brush and/or roller. The house looks great and a much more thorough job than when the house was initially built just over four years ago. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job completed by people who know what theyre doing. They did it right the first time and that makes all the difference. Moreover, I am very picky and want things done just so. I looked the entire house over when they had finished and could not find but one small spot where over-spray had gotten on a garage light fixture. Danny quickly took care of this. I am very happy, Great Job!!

Thomas and his team at New Leaf answered my request for an estimate immediately and professionally, always responded quickly to my emails and calls, and went to my rental property only a couple days after I first contacted them for my free estimate. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their estimate was much lower than the competition for the exact same work with the exact same brand of paint. I even threw in a couple last minute tasks that they added in at a fair price without extending the original timeline. The painters were on time and communicative, and according to my neighbor, folks were stopping on the sidewalk to tell them how great it looked. I handled this contract all remotely and it was a breeze considering Im 600 miles away. Highly recommend.

I cant recommend Thomas higher if you need to have either the interior or exterior of your home painted. I did a lot of research before choosing and it was his ability to listen to what I wanted, and his flexibility to get it done within a tight timeframe that lead to me choosing him. He had an awesome team of workers who were very professional, worked long hours to paint a 4000 sq ft interior in only 3 days, using multiple colors. They use a high quality paint (Sherwin Williams Zero Vox) that had little to no order. They did an outstanding job! Finished on time and were also very fair on pricing. I will hire them again for our exterior and would recommend anyone in the St. Johns / Jacksonville area to use them for all your painting needs

When we contacted A New Leaf Painting they promtly responded to our request and established a time to come out to our house to provide us a quote. When Thomas came to the house he was professional and listened to all of our requests. After we received a detailed quote which included insurance information. Thomas also set us up with a interior design session with Natalie who was great in helping us select colors. Henry and his crew arrived timely and were professional. Even when we decided to add to the job mid way through Henry simply updated the quote and worked with us to schedule additional days.
