here is what they did 1.) Pressure clean house with 4000 psi and a chlorine solution to help remove chalk, loose paint, and kill mildew and mold spores 2.) Trench sides of house to below grade with pressure cleaner or shovel, to help achieve a complete seal around perimeter of home where applicable 3.) Scrape loose paint 4.) Caulk windows and doors using a 45 yr caulking. This helps keep water, bugs and moisture from entering your home through cracks 5.) Large stucco cracks are filled with an Elastomeric patch. This allows for future expansion and seals cracks. All other cracks are filled with 45 year caulk or paint depending on crack size. 6.) Apply one coat Sherwin William’s Lox on sealer to masonry surfaces which are to be painted. The purpose of a sealer is to penetrate the masonry surfaces leaving a chalk free moisture resistant surface. This is a necessary step for the new paint to be able to bond properly with the old paint to eliminate peeling in the future. 7.) OSPO rust on any nails heads or rust showing through stucco and prime raw wood. 8.) Apply (Sherwin William’s Super Paint) to walls, garage doors, front door, side doors, stucco trim, we were very happy that it all went according to plan. our house looks great.

What a fantastic job Orlando Painting Company completed for me! I emailed Orlando Painting Company on a Friday evening, Pat replied back that night and said he could come to my home to give me an estimate the next day. This was especially helpful since I am pregnant and wanted to get my painting project completed as soon as possible! Pat came the next day as promised and quoted me an exact price. The men came and did the work (right on time I might add!) and did a fantastic job! The painters were extremely friendly and professional, they hardly even took time for lunch as they were focused on getting the work done in a timely manner. Such professionalism all the way around! I will definitely use them again for any painting needs I have in the future and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the community!

We own a house in Kissimmee, built in 1997. It was a rental property for most of its life and not treated well. The house is cinderblock and stucco construction and the house had not been painted over its life. It had various cracks and water seeping into at least one of the bedrooms as a result. Patrick and his team at Orlando Painting did an absolutely amazing job restoring the exterior. They were professional and courteous. They painstakingly worked to fill each crack before adding a beautiful new layer of paint. It is not an understatement to say that they saved the exterior of our house. I wish they would expand there services to roofing as I have yet to find a company as good as this for other trades. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for additional work.

**Excellent Company** The first thing was they know stucco and the chemicals in it and discovered defects in ours. Our pH was bad so they corrected it and then came to pressure wash. That in itself was amazing, what a change! All the parts of the house were thoroughly clean and shining. The day they painted the men came early and trenched around the house for a good seal and they covered all plants/bushes nearby so not a drop of paint was on them. Then they took care of all the big and little cracks and problems around the house. Then, after all that preparation, they very carefully painted. Oh my goodness! The house looks better than new and everyone comments on the beautiful job. I am so glad we trusted this company, they have exceeded our hopes. Love it!

We Hired Orlando Painting Company, Inc. to paint our home because of there impeccable reputation. They came out to our home an evaluated the condition of our home. They made recommendations to us and allowed us to make the choices without high pressure sales. They were completely professional through the entire process. We had several estimates and they were the best value. They didnt speak about their competitors like some of the other contractors did. Patrick and his team at OPC were fantastic during the recent repainting of our entire home. Their careful process in making sure the paint has the best chance of being as long lasting as can be expected here in sunny Florida was very impressive. The staff was extremely courteous and mindful of their surroundings as they went through the painting process. They are kind individuals who made this experience a very pleasant one. Weve had plenty of compliments on the home after the painting already, but the nicest one came yesterday from a neighbor who called our house, "the nicest one in the neighborhood".

The Orlando Painting Company crew was professional, thorough, and did a great job delivering every single part of the house painting service. The pressure washing covered every inch of the home, and after 10 years of wear-and-tear they found and sealed cracks I would have had a hard time spotting with a magnifying glass. We changed our house colors from a dark-to-light variant, and the crew made sure that every part of the house matched the new lighter-shade. Very happy with the service and would recommend to any resident needing their home painted to withstand the test of time.

Great job. Is the third time we have worked with them - twice outside and once for a major inside painting job. All have been done well! This time it was painting the outside of the house - something they also did 10+ years ago. (Needed a new paint job but you had to look close to see why.) Did a great pressure wash, helped us choose the colors, painted. Owner (Patrick) and his crew great to work with. Clean up was so good you could hardly tell they had been on the property. Even did a basic window wash as part of the clean up. Highly recommended! And, our new colors look super.

Patrick is a true professional and provides great service at a reasonable price. We used Orlando Painting for our interior painting two years ago and called Patrick again when we were ready to paint our houses exterior.
