I was told to bring my vehicle in at 7am on the morning of my service. I showed up on time and did not leave until almost 9am. I was only there for a oil change and there was no one else in front of me waiting. On top of my wait of being the first in and still had to wait, I was told that my vehicle needed parts that were recently replaced and brand new. That alone upset me more than my wait time. The mechanic who worked on my car left my vehicle smelling like an ashtray when he was done. I dont know if he smoked in my vehicle while working on it or just the smell alone lingered with him. In the end I do not plan to return to this particular shop at all. I was there on a free oil change voucher from a fund raiser coupon and did not feel welcomed at all.

I really hate when I dont get good customer service!!!!!!! I went to Firestone on Norwood Ave. to get my tires checked out because my tire light keeps coming on saying that my pressure is low. The technician didnt even check to see if I had leaks or holes!!!!!!!! He just checked my pressure put air in my tires and walked away!!!!!!!! No I am done or anything. In my mind I was thinking hell I COULD HAVE DONE THAT!!!!!!! HELL I JUST DID THAT YESTERDAY!!!!!! So know I am at Lucas Honda, missed a day of work just to make sure my tires are good. SMDH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is another one of those places that I go to frequently to Service Company vehicles for my job there always A1 when it comes to customer service and they get your car fixed in a timely fashion overall very pleased with the service here

I went in to get my car TIRE BALANCE and WHEEL ALIGNMENT as a regular maintenance ( no problem before) then after they check it my wheels keeps on turning to the left. they made it worst... very horrible...
