So a few weeks ago i went to the shop after going online and seeing the time they open. I work early shift so i figured let me arrive early and see if maybe i could get a walkin slot. I did expect to be seen early but thought i would just try my luck. I noticed the light were on and approched the enterance. Saw that open time was 10am. This was around 10:10 am. Dude that sits by cashiers desk was on his phone texting. I approched and knocked on door as to get his attention. The gentlemen litterally looked at me and went right back to what he was doing on cell. I waited a good 15 mins by the door hoping to at least be acknkowledged. Never happened. I left very disappointed and the fact they charge 25 bucks for basic haircuts is comical. Dont get me wrong some of the barbers are very friendly people but dude in charge needa to learn how to treat customers. Down the street puertorican place where they value cuatomers and cut better in my opinion. Normally dont complain but felt i had to mention this. Hopefully they can correct these dismisive issues and thrive. Thanks

First of all barbersshop is looking great..... Went to visit shop for the first time for a haircut.... Now my reason for 2 stars..... sat down barber started cutting then i noticed he stopped when i checked dude counting his money taking his sweet time like i got all day... next he started cutting again..... then again he stopped... now he texting..... i gotta get to work.... but no he still texting..... now i wouldnt mind but Im watching all the other barbers clients in the chair no one else on the phone bullsh#tting except this dude.... i wouldnt care but dude wasnt like excuse me while i do this then i have no problems... have some courtesy, and some manners for ur customers.... return maybe....later

I went to Hair Genius while vacationing in Orlando. I had really long hair and was looking to get it shortened and layered. I didnt know the first thing about it, but the shop was located right across the street from where I was staying. I figured Id give it a try. Best. Decision. Of. My. Life. The stylist was so friendly and did a fabulous job on my hair! He took his time and did exactly what i wanted him to do. Ive never felt more confident about the way I look. If youre looking on the market for a great haircut and even better experience, look no further. Thank you so much guys!!

The haircuts are nice and all, but I recently went in there and at least 4 barbers were obviously high. I also went to Publix, thats in that same shopping center, a few days later and I saw a bunch of their barbers again .... and again, they were high. Sad to say this but it doesnt seem like they are really worried about the image they portray and how it affects the shop.

We were visiting family and needed a barber, so glad my husband went to you! Not only did the barber took his time he did an amazing professional job! Being that my husband is in the military he was very pleased and I loved how my husband looked afterwards!! Thanks guys

$10 for a shape up and it wasnt even complete. The "barber" kept on asking me if my shape up looks done. It was not done. He barely understood what I was asking him to do. Never going back.

Great quality hair cuts good prices. The barbers are friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are recommended, it tends to get busy.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are terrible and give you the exact opposite of what you want. All Saint Cloud and Kissimmee barbers are TRASH.
