First and DEFINITELY the LAST time I will step foot into that "establishment". Staff looks very miserable to be owners/workers there. Greeted the lady in the front, folding the clothes when I walked in and she gave me a nasty look and said nothing back. I walked to the change machine and was grilled by another employee. I asked her if I can get change for my $10 bill upfront, and all she did was hold out her hand and walked into a back room. She returned with all singles, then handed them to me. I said thank you and she pointed to my hand. I then said then you again. And FINALLY she spoke and said " count yo money, make sure its all there" in a very rude tone. Then she huffed and walked away. I then put my laundry in the dryers for 40 minutes( five dryers total) . Went outside with my boyfriend, returned 35 minutes later, to realize my clothes were taken out of the dryer. At first I thought it was only one dryer that the clothes were removed from, but the. I noticed the colored clothes mixed with the white clothes, which made two dryers..all in the same cart, then as I got to the bottom of the cart I realized my towels were also taken out from the dryer...which made this now a total of 3 dryers that were touched with my belongings in them and ALLLL placed into one cart. Now my question is, how the f**k did they know if all three dryers were mine, and what if the three dryers that they emptied were ALLL from 3 different customers? BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, they need to hire employees who are professional and actually love what they do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I am thankful for this laundromat in my area. Before they came I had to travel 20 miles to was and 20 miles back. The machines are new and very clean. I have not had any issues with the machines at all. Some of the patrons can be a little iffy, but its not a constant experience. Most of my experience with the people both employed and other have been very positive. The only thing I can say that isnt 100% positive is the air in the establishment can be very bad. It smells like a water quality issue, but I have never smelled it on my clothes. If I did I would never go back, but instead its not an issue. Its probably something else, and the place is so bright with cute quotes and pictures. They have a little area for the kids to play, and to top it off they have half price days. I love it there, and I would miss them dearly if they were not here. So if it werent for the occasional smelly part I would give it a 5 star vote across the board.

1- They have water quality issues. 2- People working here are always miserable and dont know how to talk to customers. 3- The quality of cleanliness has gone down over the last year. 4- There is always an issue with washing and drying machines. 5- Everytime you go there is a new sign posted. It will get to a point that you will need to read all the signs or enter at your own risk. FYI the only sign thats not posted are the hours of operation. How convenient. 6- If you say your open at 6am then I expect you to be open at 6am not 615 am or 630am. If the hours on the internet are incorrect then update them... IJS PEOPLE ACTUALLY HAVE TO PLAN THEIR DAY. I think because they are the only laundry mat in Poinciana they "got it like that. So its either use them or travel 20 miles into Kissimmee. Either way they win. Its a damm shame. They used to be really good.

Many times my washer and dryer have broken down. Before heavenly wash opened I would have to go pass 20 miles to the nearest laundry place. And all of them were in rough neighborhoods. I love heavenly wash. The place is so clean. Theres a play area for kids and and charging station for your phone. Im a Christian so its a awesome for me when I see that the owner even took time to put a bible verse in her business cards. Whoever owns this place God bless you. And thank you for putting God in your business. Also some people have complained about water quality. In my opinion all pionciana water has a stench because its underground water that has to be cleaned.. Im from Miami where our water comes from a lake. It has no smell... this does nothing to your clothes. Recommended this place completely. Especially when you come in less crowed times.

Very terrible. Its crowded and dirty. My clothes hadnt even finished drying and I was trying to find parking and they took them out and threw them into a basket then put them into a corner. This establishment is ran by nasty rude children. This is ridiculous.

Very bad customer service. One of the lady that work there is very very rude... Nobody likes her.. And she looks like she dislike hispanics... Sooo if she does.. Why did she move to a place where everyoneeeee isss... Hmmm

So far, this is the best place to wash clothe. Best hours to go is early mornings when feel peaceful to wash!
