My first time at this place and the worst service I had ever had anywhere. I took a t-shirt and a pair of jeans for repairs. The person who helped me said it would take one full week to get them fixed, even thought they were just minor repairs: the t-shirt had a tiny whole in one of the sleeves and the jeans need a small stitching in one of the legs. I thought one week was a long time but I accepted the time frame. She didnt know how much the repairs would cost so she offered to have someone call me to give me at least an estimate. I accepted her offer and waited for someone to call. Not one phone call. One week later I went there to pick up the repairs without knowing how much they were, since noboby called, and to my surprise, only the jeans were ready. One week later, she did not give me the prices, she did not fix a tiny small detail on the t-shirt, but guaranteed that the next day the shirt would be there. I complained about not knowing how much it would cost and she said someone would call me. No calls again. Next day I went back there and the t-shirt was not even there, had not even been fixed, and the excuse this time was that they had too much work and someone tried calling but I did not answer my phone. Well, I can assure you that I answer all my calls. I can assure you that if I ever miss a call, I do call back specially if it is my interest and when I didnt call back, for whatever reason, the person who called should try again, specially if they know I am waiting for the call. One more thing, if you have a lot of work, then dont accept more than you can deliver and why would you have the time to fix the jeans but not the shirt? So the next day someone finally called because I said I would write a complaint, and told me they found my shirt and it would cost R$ 20 to fix it. Tottaly overpriced, it was almost like saying, if youll be writting a complaint, I might as well rip you off. So I had to go back there for the third time now, to pick up a shirt that was not even fixed, 2 weeks later. There was someone there who helped me and heard what happened and said: "ok. I apologize." Thats it? You had 2 weeks to fix the problem, first time customer, and all you can do is apologize? Never again will I go there and I hope they learn from their mistakes. I felt extremely frustrated and upset.

First, I am one to write a good review when I have really good service, but I also feel like this needs to be written because the quality of service was horrible. I had a comforter that I had requested to be dry cleaned. The person taking it didnt follow my instructions to get it dry cleaned vs laundered- hence I know laundering can cause filling to bulk. Well, that happened ( not cleaners fault)aside from the bulking the comforter had some sort of hair ( pet looking short white hair) it didnt smell fresh, I saw a stain ( left from the lady who used it last) but the overall appearance was nothing that I had ever experienced. Initially because the comforter didnt look like it had been cleaned, I called the cleaners and asked if they had even had the customer or my comforter. When Nelly confirmed everything, I shared all of my concerns and shared I had guests coming I needed a quick turn around. After seeing that the tight schedule was not not going to work in regard to distance, cleaners hours etc. I suggested after Thanksgiving holiday that the delivery service pick it up since theres no location in my area and the delivery service ( as I read on the website and is what most people were raving about) that it can it be picked it at my job in Orlando, since its closer for both. Of course that didnt work either. I have lived in many major cities from LA, Phx, Atlanta, Chi, etc where I have dealt with cleaners and I have never had a cleaners who didnt want to right their wrong. I understand the lady didnt follow my instructions about getting it dry cleaned, but it should have smelled fresh, looked like it was actually cleaned. I truly thought she just put a tag on it and returned it. Yes, it looked that bad. I read that high reviews that you all got however there isnt anything recent.. 2010? A lot can change and perhaps at one time you all were the best, but I will stick to the cleaners I normally use. I will share the word for people to stay away from this cleaners

It is not often that the name of a company depicts what they do, but in this case it is true. They are the Best Cleaners. I have been using them for a number of years and they have always been the best at service. The other day I suit out of the wrapping. A button was broken and I was wondering what could be done. It is a suit and these the a match set of buttons. When I took it in to be cleaned and repaired I mentioned this and the very responsible, attentive and wanting to be helpful assistant named Ariel took ownership of the problem. She said that she would take care of it and that there would be no problem getting it fixed. That it would go out that day and in a few days it would be back as new. There was no hesitation on her part to make sure that all was taken care of, to make sure that the problem was resolved and that I knew that she was going to take care of it. They are the Best Cleaner. Thank you for being the BEST
