I wish I could give them NO stars the level of unprofessional and lack of respect that we have received. Theyre quick to collect money but not so quick to make sure they complete the job that we struggled to pay for. My grandmother remains in an unmarked grave after us dropping 3K and told 6-8wks it will be completed here come week 10+ and still nothing! Then when questioned about it their employee Yira in a very condescending tone told me I need to understand that they have 4 burials daily and theres over 28 burial markers that they already received but havent the opportunity to place it. Are you freaking kidding me?!? So my grandmother remains in an unmarked grave because they havent gotten around to it.... UNACCEPTABLE! Not to mention they have had little to no form of communication with me Ive been chasing them for answers and then finally I had enough and took a 40 min drive to the site because the last employee said Monday so to my surprise when I get there its empty of course I go to the office for an answer and thats the crap they feed me. I wish I would have listened to the prior reviews about them, I would recommend this location to no one!

0 STARS. All about the money and they have no respect. If you do up to 4 funerals a day, you should be able to hire more people to handle everything else also going on. Especially when you first quoted almost 8k dollars and somehow gave my family a "discount" and went down to 3k dollars. Its not a discount. You wanted to finagle more money out of a grieving family. If you dont know what youre doing, you shouldnt be in business. Train your employees on sympathy and professionalism. Theyre clearly slacking.

I wish I could put no stars. It has been a constant struggle and longer than we were told since my grandfather has passed. My father has had to make all of the phone calls with two call backs and both were with failures. The urn was too small to fit both of my grandparents in which after being in business for so long I would of expected them to know this. Second.. WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO THE FUNERAL WHICH WAS FINISHED JUST NOW WITH THE WRONG DATES OF MY GRANDFATHERS PASSING!! My father has yet to mourn.
