Arrived at restaurant and was quickly seated. The server came over and asked it he could get me a drink. I asked it there were any specials that evening to which he said "I dont know. Let me check." When the server doesnt know if its happy hour, you know you are going to have a problem. He leaves and asks a few other servers/bar tenders and come back with their gin mixed drink menu. Not really what I had in mind. The evening continues with lack luster service. We go to order and I ask about the gluten free options to which he says "oh we have lots. Like that guy over there is getting a pizza." I ask if they have pasts for the pasta dishes. "I dont know. Let me check." He comes back with a yes. Ultimately I end up ordering the gf pizza. My friends salad arrives and she asks for olive oil/vinegar for dressing. The girl leaves and minutes later we see her serving other tables. Finally our server comes by and we ask again. Our food arrives, and although very good, at this point I question if I am really getting gluten free. Kind of important since I just finished cancer treatment from eating gluten, my bodies only reaction to eating gluten so there is no short term way for me to tell. We leave the restaurant and I continue to question if I received gluten free pizza as there was no up charge on the bill. I decide to call. It is about 9pm at this point, past the rush which I know to be the case because I just left the restaurant. I call, and state that we are looking to come to the restaurant this week and I saw on the online menu that you have gluten free options and I wanted to get more info. The guy who answered the phone says " its Saturday night and we are too busy right now. You can go to our Facebook or website for that." I reiterate that I was on the website and that it says to "ask about the gluten free offerings, so that is why I called." He says "yeah we have lot of options" and you hear his voice start saying goodbye to some patrons and HE HANGS UP THE PHONE! I call back and this time get a girl with celiac who was very helpful though I didnt get a clear a answer on up charges for gf. So I will never know it I got a gf pizza but regardless the service both in person and on the phone was completely unacceptable! I will not be returning. We werent the only table that night with an issue either. The table beside us was having trouble getting the wine they wanted. The manager came over and clarified that they dont have that variety but his excuse...the server is barely 20 so she wouldnt know. I think you need to train you employees better. They should know your menu/offerings. Completely unacceptable evening!

I would give this 0 stars if possible. The food is decent... not bad, not great. But the service is horrendous. We have been there multiple times and complained about the service, but our most recent experience was the final straw. My fiance ordered a drink at a friends suggestion. When we got the bill it was $50 for just that drink! We were surprised but had no issues with it since he ordered (and enjoyed) it. Later that evening we found out that it is in fact a $14 drink (we also called to confirm). So the VERY next day he went back and asked for a refund for the portion he was overcharged. The bartender told him no which was frustrating, but not even the biggest issue. He was SO rude. Condescending, arrogant, dismissive, and rude. Also, the night we were there we were with a large group so my fiance and I were sitting at opposite ends of the table. When I ordered a second glass of wine our server went and told my fiance I ordered another glass before she would bring it to me... He of course did not care, but seriously?? She thought it was appropriate to ask permission before bringing me something I ordered? I have talked with several other people who have had similar experiences (especially with the bartender). Its a cool atmosphere, but not worth being made to feel like its a privilege to be allowed to eat there. Never going back.

A Friend and myself went on a lunch, shopping day on the 9th of May 2015. We stopped and had lunch at Frescos We got seated fast enough, but had to wait over 15 mins for someone to come and ask us what we would like to drink. So finally we got our drinks. I ordered a salad and my friend ordered cornbeef hash and eggs. I ask if the summer salad had iceberg lettuce in it and was assured that it didnt. We got our food which took forever. Had to ask for silver ware as none was given when the drinks were brought. Well my salad was full of iceberg lettuce. So instead of just enjoying the meal I had to pick out of the iceberg lettuce which ended up being a saucer full. My friends cornbeef hash was not cooked the way you should cook it. It should be crispy on the outside. It looked as though it had just been warm up. We didnt get checked on until we were ready to leave. Tea glasses were empty for a while. The round chairs are hard on the body. Not everyone has a size 2 behind. Very uncomfortable. I thought when they expanded the space it was going to be awesome. What a let down. Still had to pay for a salad that was not what I ordered. No customer service at all. Will not be going here again. Was my 1st and last visit.

Would like to let everyone know how they do business through their wedding catering. We had originally planned and created months of menus and going back and forth about what they and us were all willing to agree on to have at our big day. Well we are 28 days from the big day thinking all was good and that we were good to on the catering and just needed the final invoice. At which point we contacted them to finalize our contract with some of the changes that again they had suggested to us. The changes were made and we agreed but then we received another email stating that they felt that our wedding and food being served (steak and chicken) would be a poor reflection on their business. That being said we had only used suggestions made by their catering department and we are mortified that they would do this to us 28 days before our wedding and now we have to find another caterer within such a short time frame leaving us in distress that we may not be able to find a more reputable caterer. I hope this will show anyone considering their catering that this is unprofessional behavior and would suggest going else where before our same mistake is repeated.

This place has gone downhill! They changed the menu, I specifically went for their homemade corned beef hash and when I recently Went there It was terrible and I asked what happened and they said that now it comes out of a can. They were out of my second choice so I chose something else, that was a disappointment. Now I ordered a Bloody Mary and it comes hot or regular so I went for the spicy because I like spicy food anyway but when I took a sip of this it tasted like it was made with ghost peppers!!! Waaay too hot. I asked if it would be ok to change it to a regular but I was told by a manager that its their new policy to not allow any drinks whatsoever to be returned!!! I said to him what if your stupid bartender made a mistake or just simply made a lousy drink does that mean that I am stuck with a drink that was improperly made and wasnt my fault? He just gave me a blank stare and walked away. So I wasted 8 bucks. (By the way the drinks didnt get to us until after our food arrived) After that visit along with the slow service I will not be going back there again.
