Only the taste is good. zero for the rest. I ordered wrong combination which I found after receiving my order. And I was asking the reason, cashier told me I ordered what I received, she repeated more than 5 times and never asked me for cancel or replacement. I didnt mean to order parfait, but she just processed to order parfait instead of hash brown which I didnt want that switches. When I got my order, I asked about the hash brown, and she said "you ordered parfait". Yes, I ordered parfait, but where is my hash brown, and she said it again 4 times more. When I ordered parfait, I didnt know it was replacement for hash brown even with extra charge of $1.86, I told her that I didnt mean to order parfait instead of hash brown, but she was so straight that I ordered whatever parfait. While she was telling me that, she leaned two arms on the pos screen and forwarded her upper body toward me. when she acted like that, I walked away to my table with parfait. SHE NEVER ASKED ME FOR REPLACEMENT OR CANCEL THE WRONG ORDER. It was bad morning to all day long. I also called 800 number to complain about this, but the Rep. was not nice either. I regretted that I called customer service number. And store manager called me couple days later, so I explained the story again. The manager said that she will send the coupons. I uploaded the actual letter photo which received letter yesterday with wrong name "Kill Lee", It sounds like "Eat it!"

Wer Hühnchen mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Burger und Wings in allen Variationen. Sehr gute Kartoffelfritten und geschmacklich hervorragende Saucen. Die Meals sind gross und das Preis Leistungsgefüge in Ordnung. Alles sauber und ordentlich ohne Mängel. Negativ ist die Klimaanlage die viel zu hoch eingestellt. Positiv ist ein eingebauter Kinderspielplatz und grosse Fenster wo man die Kinder beobachten kann. Empfehlenswert!

They forgot my chicken nuggets, I went home emptied the bag to discover they forgot my chicken nuggets... went back "team leader Laura" told me she was giving me my nuggets, but it is not their "policy". She then explained that normally I am supposed to fill out a form to receive a coupon in the mail for the chicken nuggets that I paid for...after she asked me if I am sure they were not in the bag....smh!!!!! I will never go there again, and unless I want to be treated like a liar for something they forgot, instead of apologizing and giving me what I paid for. Go ahead... Enjoy!

The food is always great here. However the service Sat mornings, not so much. I tried to ask an employee a question who just looked at me and walked away. Then I get my order and its only 1 thing of 6 that I ordered, which didnt go through the mobile ordering. I had to show her my phone for proof. They also ran out of biscuits - guess who ate 3 of them right next to us? The same employee who ignored me earlier. Awesome. One of those could have been my biscuits that I ordered!

It wasnt chik- fil- a that was bad, it was the fact that there was only one exit for the entire plaza, which includes a Wal-Mart. I waited in line about 10 minutes just to exit the chick-fil-a. It was at least 15 more minutes until I reached the actual exit, and had to do a u-turn down the street to get back on my way. Thought Id just pop in and hit through the drive thru for a quick soda on my way to 75. Not hardly. It was a full 30 minute detour. Never again.

This has to be the worse location of this franchise. The crew is definitely not trained properly. I ordered food on the app and when I went in to pick it up cause it said my food was ready, they told me it was still breakfast. The app didnt say anything about that. The lady didnt even know how to refund my card. I disputed the charge with my bank. I will never go to this location again.

All CFAs are definitely not the same. I frequent the CFA in Cape Coral (which in my opinion, is the standard). So I base all CFAs to that one. This location, the hand full of times Ive been here, do not have the friendly staff or smiles or "my pleasure" that CFA is known for. This place could really use training and oversight.

Why have someone taking orders in person ten feet before you can read the menu? Then hands you a slimy ripped up menu that everyone before you has picked their nose or ass and touched. I understand renovations but has been this way for months and doesnt look like its changing soon.

Wonderful. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding, from the young man who took our order, the 15 seconds it took took receive our food, the young lady that swooped in to clean the table, to the young lady that offered to refill our drinks and have us mints.

This place is awsome. Great food and fantastic service.there is a gentleman named Daniel that you can just tell that he loves his job. Comes up to me asked if I wanted a refill..wow thats awsome!!! He was on the ball GREAT JOB!!! Definitely my top place to eat

This site is fantastic...they do a ton of walk in and drive in business....always clean...friendly staff...good food...kids play area...located near Walmart...exit and entry are a little difficult due to shopping centers traffic pattern

Register lady seemed new, but was very polite. There was a litter hiccup with my order, but it was remedied within 5 mins. I even got a free sundae! Awesome! I prefer to come to Chic-fil-a over any other chicken establishments.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite place for breakfast on the way to work. Great food and great staff. I never get tired of hearing them say "my pleasure". Chick-fil-A has the most courteous staff I think Ive ever encountered.

What can I say about the best Restaurant in Swfl. Other eateries around town should take customer service lessons from these Restaurants (Chik-fil-A). The service is always good. Keep it up, you have a loyal patron.

They do have the best chicken sandwich. I love that they have tried to alleviate the lunch rush by having employees take orders throughout the drive-thru line. Its efficient and my order hasnt been messed up yet.

Overpriced and surprisingly expensive, but the food is great and you always know what to expect. Long lines due to popularity, but they are very efficient and it goes fast. Well-oiled machine. Recommended!

Food was ok. Went in for breakfast, and had the breakfast chicken biscuit with Greek yogurt as a side. The biscuit was great but oddly small. The Greek yogurt was great and did manage to quench my hunger.

Behind my daughter to place she gets food when some behind me wants drink gets hers and has me wait when they 2 other people behind counter not including drive thru. I wont be coming here any more
