Working and eating here was a complete disaster and disgusting. Tuna salad and chicken salad was served to customers that was nearly a week old at times. Toaster and steamers never properly cleaned. The owner never cared or took his time to fix anything within the store. The meat slicer table would have months of meat shavings caked behind the table. The store is ran like a circus, employers are smoking marijuana and spice in the back of the store, coming to work drunk and never ready to work. I was terminated for a customer review in regards to myself stating that "If your kid has a cheese allergy maybe he shouldnt fu**ing eat here". Which was never said and cannot find the review stating this either. Dont waste your time and hard earned money on average sandwiches served by incompetent employees who are more worried about the latest gossip within the store rather than having great customer service.

I am a huge fan of firehouse however when I came in to the north Lakeland location my experience was not the best. I was sitting in a chair eating my chips waiting for my meal and a older female caught my attention from being rude and obscure to the employee making the food. I as a customer do not want to acknowledge the loudness and unprofessionalism of this location. That is not professional at all to yell at employees as they are trying to meet the customers needs.

The worst steak & cheese subs ever. Absolutely had no steak flavor. Pre-processed meat. The meat was so tough and did I say no flavor. Asked for mushrooms, onions, and green peppers, but got so little that again could not taste them. Totally disappointed for spending over $20.00 for 2 subs. Never again.

This place is over hyped. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub. My bread was soggy and the meat and ranch had no flavor. Took over ten minutes to have 3 subs made when there was no one in there. Pretty expensive for this poor quality. Id rather have subway...

I always have a great experience here. The food is some of the best ever!! The staff is always so friendly and it is easy to get lost in conversation with them. Honestly it is my favorite sandwich shop.

Nice, nice, nice. Good meats and fresh veggies. The bread is always fresh and soft. The cookies are very nice also. Brownies are chocolate for sure. Nice people. Clean always.

Screwed up my kids subs twice. I will not return to this Firehouse subs. I should of gone some other place to eat. I wanted to give it a zero stars but it was not an option.

Delicious sandwich stuffed with tuna. So much so I had enough for some tuna salad after I finished my sandwich! Would definitely visit this location again!
