I had a wonderful first meeting here and was ready to give them my deposit for our date. We had a wedding of about 100 and met their minimum no problem. I gave them my deposit and also signed the form to reserve the date. its been about two weeks and I scheduled my planning meeting to go over details. I order my save the dates and invites and everything then all of a sudden I call them today to confirm my planner meeting and they tell me that they are in the business of making money and they bumped me for a bigger wedding that day. The VP as rude and had a didnt care attitude and said they would think about it. What is there to think about we paid the deposit weeks ago and signed the form? needless to say we are now out of a venue and have to check again. their minimum is 12000 we were spending 20000+ so I dont understand what their deal is. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a trade show event here. Our packages were left behind. I scheduled UPS to pick them up the following day. A snarky and condescending woman named Claudia left me a voicemail telling me that our packages were there and that UPS didnt pick them up and they "SURE werent going to pay UPS to have these picked up". (Obviously)...I scheduled the pickup with UPS again...she called my business and asked for me. I was busy working in the warehouse and she asked the receptionist "Does the man ever work?" Are you kidding me?? I called her the day before and she wasnt even in the office!! I guess I could ask the same of her! Anyway, she is totally unprofessional and a liability to Landerhaven. I will never stay or exhibit there again...and will spread the word.

Recently had a wedding at Landerhaven. Everything was top-notched and excellent. Madeleine was Wedding Coordinator, who was prompt with answers and made the event perfect. Landerhaven did it all...food, cake, flowers, centerpieces and provided suggestions for Clergy, Lodging, DJs, etc. The day of event, all was perfect, with no complaints. The food and service was excellent. Any question was addressed and all of our guests continue to rave about everything. Thank you Madeleine and staff for making our wedding a perfect experience and dream come true.

We just wanted to say thank you first to Mary Rose Kellner and the staff at Executive Caterers who made our wedding day so special and absolutely beautiful! We were married on September 24, 2011 and from the very beginning of planning to the very end, Executive Caterers made us feel very special. Our wedding planner, Mary, was also very helpful in making everything at our reception become a reality. Our reception was everything and MORE than we expected. Came here for my brothers wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the service, venue, and food! Definitely would recommend this place for a party, wedding reception, or large get-together. For dinner we had: - Scallops + spanish rice - Salad - Pallet cleansing sorbet - Filet + Salmon with Potatoes - Cake Cake Cake and assorted desserts The Landerhaven team did a great job!

This place for New Years Eve was phenomenal. It was beautiful it was intelligent and very classy. I have been to Florida California and Europe for New Years Eve and I really enjoyed Cleveland at Landerhaven I highly recommend though for New Years Eve it is beautiful place.

Its a beautiful place! I loved every single detail about the interior. This place is great for weddings or big events, like "The Best of the East" which I had a chance to attend, and really enjoyed it. Service is on the high level!
