First off I called every single day to get a new hire orientation date to be set up I had to wait for the longest to get a date. On a Friday morning I called and they told me to come in and to do my new hire paperwork and stuff and Id be working that day. When spoke to the recruiter I told her what happened with my back ground and they still employed me. They said they we more " lenient " towards that. I worked for a week and then after they got my background info. I got called into the office to tell them what happened and I was told that after I would either get a call or a text telling me if I could go back to work or not I got the text saying I could go back to work the same day but I couldnt cause I had to do things in the evening. After that day I never got a call back and every time I called they gave me the run around "oh your and extra for when they need help" or they just never answered the dam phone. So today I got a letter in the mail saying I can not continue my employment because of my screening results. I passed the drug test they told me I was good to go back to work. And I have talked to a lawyer about this and Im going to take legal actions against this company. After they found out the 1 thing on my back ground even when I was truthful they fired me after 5 days of work. And every time I called they could never be honest they would lie and tell me there was no work. This com play exploited me for the 5 days they had me working beacause they were busy If you have any criminal history at all I wouldnt even try this place they are lying scum bags

The place is clean, nice and in a good location but I felt like I didnt have a chance once I spoke to someone. I felt with my resume, degree and customer service experience I should have a at least a follow up call but I was the one calling regularly to check for available jobs. Most times I called I felt like I was a bother and they really didnt want to send me out or assist me. I never was called back or sent out and I offered to go to a wearhouse and all. Just felt judged and treated less than worthy to have assistance from this company on finding a job. I hate to feel this way but its how I felt because I referred others and they kind of said the same.only one person I know is working now permanent after using this staffing company. I just feel they should be a little nicer and helpful. Even if the person doing the interview feels the person is unqualified or the wrong fit, it Should be said honestly so the person job hunting is not waiting on a call that never comes. Not good customer service and if I knew the name of the person who I interviewed with I would post it but its been months and I dont remember her name but I remember how she looks an definitely how she made me feel.

Terrible place they dont never pick up the phone Im already hired and they havent put me to work for a week going to two and Ive been working for 2 weeks there and they say they going to give me a call to let me know theres an open spot but Im already hired they work terribly they never called me back since that day been a week and 4 days now

Because they take their sweet time sending you to work. When they finally send you to work, they send you to all of lower paying jobs that are far out.
