Ive been going to headlines for almost a year now - Tried out this other location because I was on a time crunch. Had an appointment with Alfredo and he was over 20 minutes late - When all done with the cut I asked to take extra length off the top and he said "nah I cant Im late for my next appointment" so I asked again and he says "nah Im 30 minutes late for next guy"... never acknowledged the fact that he was late or apologized for my appointment and couldnt even finish my cut, not to mention I have cuts on my face from razor. If you want to waste your time and money then for sure book with Alfredo. If you want to get a nice cut with a true professional then schedule an appointment with Shannon Craft who treats his clients with respect and is actually good at what he does. Ive never seen such blatant disrespect at a barber shop. Shouldnt even give this location 1 star.

Kris Loko is my go-to barber for my hair. I was in one day with a full beard and mustache. It had to go due to a last minute business meeting. OMG, his hot towel shave is magic. Historically, I have consistently had super sensitive skin, get razor bumps, irritation, and cut easily. Kris and his technique left me with amazing skin, no irritation at all (which never happens), and allowed me to go 2 days without shaving due to the closeness. My significant other is impressed as she sees me struggle with skin issues and facial hair. When my beard starts to grow, she now says..."can you wait until you can get to Kris"? So, quit struggling like I did for decades. Give Kris and his hot towel shave technique a try. I cant imagine you not leaving being impressed, and feeling a bit spoiled.

Finally found a good barbershop in the Land O Lakes area!! This shop is clean and all of the barbers are highly skilled and friendly. Been cutting with Kris Loko, he hooked my 3 year old son and I up with a nice clean cut. Kept my son entertained and distracted the entire time too!! When you sit on the chair with Kris, he ensures that you are always entertained and comfortable!! Sure beats the other shops that barely acknowledges you because youre just another number to them!! Kris takes his craft and customer service very seriously and hes ready to serve you like he did his country!! Give this shop a try, I highly recommend them and guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

Just got my cut an hour ago with Eddie. This was my third time there, and Eddie has always been consistent, very polite, and professional. He also happens to be on point with brows. I used to go to Mels which is not too far away from where I live either, but Mels is always crowded, and they do not do appointments. Sometimes, I would have to wait on the guy I preferred to cut my hair for upwards of 45 minutes. Not cool if youre in a time crunch. So, if you need to get cleaned up, check out Headlines. This place is not for me. While my cut is decent I have massive razor burn now. I dont think I own enough aftershave to undo the damage. I am sure that I am the intended customer and I only tried it based on the good reviews and that my normal barber is unavailable. I wont be going back. I have changed this from three to two because the razor burn is getting worse and hurts like hell and I keep finding places he missed on my head. I am a bald man, it should not be hard to cut my hair.

Great place and great customer services. They always busy but they make you feel welcome when you open the door. I like Carlos and Eli The only bad thing is trying to schedule an appointments in their application. Before it was free and now you need to pay to book an appointment. And if the money goes towards the haircut it will be ok but it does not; neither is it for the barber shop. I think the owner should offer the application for free for his regular customers.

If I was allowed to put more stars, I would. After reading good reviews online, I decided to give it a try. I noticed I saw the name Carlos(the barber) in a lot of good reviews. So I decided to have my first cut with Carlos. Carlos did an amazing job!!! His fade skills is superb!!! The environment was great!!! Carlos made me feel comfortable and confident to not only go back to the barbershop but to also go back to Carlos! Thank you Carlos!!!

The new app charges $1.00 to make an appointment. The old app was much better, I have never paid anything to schedule an appointment anywhere what a bad business model. Would you pay money to book a reservation at a restaurant or an appointment at a doctors office? The bad thing is that money does not even count towards your haircut which is not cheap either.

I have been to many establishments and this barbershop is the best by far. The professionalism and talent of their staff is truly outstanding; furthermore, I wouldnt consider going to any other barbershop other than to Kris Loko and his team. Kris Loko has been cutting my hair for close to a year and always does an excellent job.

Great barber shop. I have been going here for a few months now and I dont go anywhere else. The barber I go to is Kris Loko and he is amazing at what he does. But honestly, any of the guys in the shop are extremely professional in their work and all provide an excellent service.
