Our reality show called to engage in a potential candidate for our show, and was hung up on several times. Our show is about community giving back by donating a hair cut once a year to a homeless person transitioning to employment. It is our professional opinion that this barber shop is not equipped to function in a professional, pleasant, and philanthropic society. I suggest customers to call first, and check out the atmosphere this "Manager" was very, very nasty. As a matter of fact, on the second call I allowed our team to listen on speaker phone to the rudeness of this gentleman that answered the phone. He was quoted as saying "He had spent more than enough time speaking on the phone, because it was a waste of his time", keep in mind it was less than 7 seconds before we were hung up on 2 times. Please do not patronize this "b u s i n e s s ": (yeah, right)

Ofcourse, the name you can be safe that the shop is a black/african american shop. I happen to be white but this is what I am looking for. Maybe because all of the barbers (2) happened to look like retired barbers. I didnt mind that either It didnt look that well kept and that wasnt too bad either. What I DID have an issued with is the fact the man next to me was charged $7 for a haircut and mine was $17 All I got was a bald fade. They didnt even edge me up. I guess I got the extra $10 charge cause I was white (the most I ever paid for a haircut). The hair cut was something I could have gotten a better job at if I went to supercuts from one of their moms that work there. I wast happy and should have taken the advice of the review below.

Whatever was the case three or four years ago is definitely not the case now it is a much better environment and barbers. also dont believe the hype about the reality show
