This shop always cuts my stepdads hair and he is always satisfied. Ive also had my hair cut there one time, about a year ago and they did a good job at that time... I decided to go there today after work (10/14/16.) since they are open till 7pm... I arrived at 5:10pm, and promptly sign in and request any barber, then find a seat... There was only 3 other people sitting and waiting at the time... Then a young kiddo and his mother enter and sign in and are taken ahead of me... I think to myself no biggie the lil guy can go ahead of me, he prob wont take too long... I patiently wait for my name to be called, 45 mins or so goes by (Far too long by my standards and Im a patient person, but hey Ive waited this long...) Then finally someone calls my name (Not josh one of his other barbers.) I respond so he knows I am still there and ready. He gets ready to take me to a chair when another customer states they have been waiting longer but failed to sign in. The barber then proceeds to take him ahead of me. (No apology to me either...) By this time I had been waiting 50 min + to get a basic hair cut (And they werent even busy when I arrived, there was only 3 people in there and only 2 names were ahead of me.) At that point I had to leave because I couldnt comprehend paying and tipping some one for a service that I believed to be sub par even by the most basic of standards... (To me that wait time was just too unreasonable.) Im sure they do a good job, but they lack leadership and basic management skills... As I am leaving the barber comes out into the parking lot to tell me I can be next... But again I could not see myself having a positive experience with such a high wait time. So I declined and left to get home at a reasonable hour... If your time is expendable and you dont mind waiting over a hour to be taken care of Im sure its a great shop... But I find it unreasonable to take some one ahead of me that didnt even sign in to begin with... And I also find it unprofessional not to apologize for the inconvenience and delay... Some common courtesy and professionalism goes along way in this world, however I didnt find it here... I hope you dont get treated the same way I did... Signed, A waste of my time.

I would of given this place 5 stars since the staff was friendly, and welcoming. I came here for my son to get a hair cut. He had got it done by Jay who did an awesome job very professional. Unfortunately the owner walked in. My son was playing with a toy that was left out, and he had the audacity to yell at him. Josh if you dont want kids playing with your little toys then dont leave toys out for kids to play with it sends mixed messages to your clientele. So yeah your staff deserves 5 stars but you sir do not your a coward and a bully because you frightened my disabled child. You yourself being a parent should know better.

Twice Ive been here, and twice Ive been unable to get a haircut. The first time they were closed. This time I arrived TEN minutes before closing, but the guy closest to the entrance said they were closed. Not good business. When a person arrives before closing they should be able to accept that persons business. I wont be stopping by there again. Its a waste of time. Theres another barbershop, Ricks Barbershop, across the street. I think Ill go there. Well, Ricks was open. Got my haircut.

Josh does a great job with all there hair cuts i have had with him. The shop is very nice, comfortable waiting area with a good selection of magazines, TV (with PS3, which i thoughts was cool), air hokey table, and Foosball. I would highly recommend this barber shop to anyone. They also have Saturday hours 9-3.

I originally had this at a 1star because of a bad experience. But as every business owner should do Josh contacted me as to why my experience wasnt good and what areas needed to be looked at and improved on. That to me means alot and to me shows that someone cares about improving their business.

Decided to stop in for a quick cut and check the shop out. Left there with the best cut and straight razor clean up Ive ever had!Joe hooked it up! Super cool guy! Honestly, the coolest barber to talk to and knows how to do a clean fade! This is my new barber shop! Ask for Joe!

Better than good. I stopped by on 9/11/2015 for the first time and Joe took care of me. This is hands down the best haircut I have ever had. He was professional, friendly, and knew what the heck he was doing. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I will definitely be back!
