Please train your staff in better customer service: I booked online. Waited 10min before I was greeted, then was told that they had no idea about the online booking system (even though I got it DIRECTLY from the card one of the staff had given me before). So I rushed across town only to wait another 1hr and 20min as they kept calling people that got there after me. Finally I was given someone who did the fastest (and one of the sloppiest, haircut & shave Ive ever received. Used an electric on everything, missed multiple patches, no warm towel, no edging, nothing. I had had to touch up a lot when I got him. Its really disappointing because Sean & the lady with the colorful hair always treat me right, but the experience was so badly that I wont be returning unless the rest of the staff is better trained on how to treat their clients.

Absolutely Horrible. I waited in this barber shop for over an hour and a half and was never taken care of. I left extremely pissed. Many of the barbers looked at me, saw me there for a long time but didnt say anything. They kept on putting people "friends" in front of me and making excuses as to why I hadnt gone up yet. There were six barbers in there and it wasnt even that full. Tell me why I waited so long. Some of the Hispanic barbers there seem to be racist as well!!! If you are new, or known to these barbers DON"T GO!!!! They only cater to their friends. They ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL & GHETTO. I wasted my time and was late for a music gig that evening. Advice: If you want more satisfied customers, please manage yourselves and your list better. Maybe you should delegate a separate worker to take care of the list

Been going here for a while. There have been too many times where I walk out with a pretty bad cut or I get ripped off. For example, one time I got a haircut and didnt want the barber to touch my beard. He ends up shaving off my earburns which basically ruins the entire beard. Another time, I asked for a simple line seperating my combover and the barber charges me $5 for just that. All the other times I got it they never charged extra. Most of the barber here are not that great.

Best barbers in Tampa Bay are at Fademasters. I pretty much have gotten a fade at all their barbershops, it all depends where Im at that day. I dont have a favorite barber they are all good, I always walk in and get service pretty fast. I really like the atmosphere. My two year old also gets a fade here at Fademasters, and everyone is willing to cut his hair. A two year old is hard to cut but they are up for the challenge, Thanks guys!

my son as Autism, and it as been very challenging trying to find a barber that as patience enough to cut my boy. Yesterday I took him to Reco and I left with so much joy and tears in my eyes. Reco was so confident and was very patient and gentle with my boy that he didnt cry ones! One thing that touched my heart was that Reco never put a face of "frustration" when cutting him. Thank you

My haircut was so bad I decided shaving it all off completely was the better alternative lol once all my hair was shaven off I could see all the beautiful slice marks gouged into my scalp, courtesy of their professional "fademasters". Literally the worst haircut Ive ever gotten in Tampa. Keep your heads away from this place!

In town for short amount of time and the barber at Fade Masters 2 went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. He came in early and rushed to get me out in time. My hair cut looked amazing and he did exactly what I asked for. The barber shop felt inviting I got to tell you this my new and favorite spot I love it !!!

Make sure you make an appointment! If you walk in plan on sitting there 2 hours or so depending on the day. Ive only seen Jesus and I can say Ill never go to another barber again! Very quick, steady hands, and cut your hair based on thickness and if you have thinning areas. Love this place!

Ive been going to fade masters for years. Always great personable service. They get busy and its best to make an appointment. They now also have an app that lets you schedule appointments with your favorite barber. Walk ins are always welcome too it just gets busy with appointments.

Ive been to this location twice before; only because my barber was unavailable. 1st time: barber got the back wrong because he didnt listen. Wasnt completely bad though 2nd time: barber completely f*#%d up.. Im extremely mad. Two different barbers by the way.

Snax keeps me looking fresh everythime i go in i come out looking ike a new man and he can only be found at fademasters 2 on Fowler and if snax aint there i dont sweat it because i know any one of those barbers can take care of me

I got haircut at Fade Masters Barbershop 2 a few weeks ago and I wasnt impressed with my haircut. The barber I went to pushed my hairline back and didnt listen to the instructions I gave him.
