This is the second time Ive gone to this place for alterations, and it will be my last!!! The owner is BEYOND RUDE!!! As a business owner myself, the customer is always right. I asked this impossible woman to take 3 inches from a dress that was too long. She basically told me that SHE was the seamstress and I did not know what I was talking about, refusing to do what I asked. I took the dress up the street to another laundry place and they did it without question. Im amazed this woman gets so much business with the lack of customer service skills. I would not use her services, unless you like being talked down to and belittled.

I had a simple olive/green colored banana republic pants and the instruction clearly recommended cool iron reversed but they "pressed"/ "Steamed" on top of the garment and damaged the pants. I went back and asked for the re-wash, only this time, they made another steam marks near to the front pocket. as soon as I mentioned I found another problem, this lady at the cleaner started to yell at me and add water WATER to wash and now it made even larger marks all over my pants. I just dont understand why they are still in business with awful customer service and knowledge. Pls dont go here. the worst dry cleaning place I have ever been.

I recently moved to area and was looking for a convenient and quality dry cleaner. I brought 3 dress shirts that had badly stained collars and a white golf shirt with a stain on the front. I dropped them of around 3pm and had them the next day. The shirts came out GREAT, they looked like new. I will recommend Highland Dry Cleaners to my friends and family. :)

Do not use this place! Would give 0 stars if I could. Went it for a simple hem for a $100 gown. The hem was uneven and jagged. It dragged on the floor, not the correct length. They refused to give me my money back nor fix the issue. Also they had to have their elementary school child translate because they dont speak English well enough. Furious

Amazing cleaner! I love there friendly service. My dresses always get ruined at cleaners but this cleaners didnt leave a spot not cleaned. They even did extra. I love how they fixed loose and lost buttons. I will for sure be going again. It was only my first time and I absolutely love it. It feels like family! 100% recommend!!! I

There is something special about a family owned business. Especially one that goes above and beyond to serve its guests. Dee and her kids are an asset to our community and our office appreciate their easy pick-up and drop-off service. And their prices are the best in town too.

WORSET PLACE EVER Never again , I dont recommend anyone to go there Owner is rode and mean she is lier I took my dress for dry cleaning they charged me $15 it was dirty they just iron it with all the stain over my dress .
