On the 24th of February we dropped 73lbs of soiled laundry off to be washed dried folded for $85 four days later picked up to find out that over 65% of our laundry was missing. We quickly contacted owner Trey to find missing top brand laundry items . We discussed the issue with him he stated hed been in business for over 30 some years and would work with us to make it right he stated that he knew we were owed money and wanted to be fair. So we tried to work out a total of missing items and took that price and chopped it in half. In all over 1500.00$ worth of item just vanished. We spent the next week going back and forth with this man; there are so many items of clothing missing that we just couldnt list all so trying to be fair we quoted to him 1000.00$ but cut that in half which we could never replace what was lost for 500$ but we were trying to work with him. He then insulted us with a 200$ which we already paid 85$ offer we contacted police they said it wasnt a matter for them we contacted a lawyer they said we had a case but they couldnt take it not profitable enough we contact 8 on your side they didnt get back to us. Trey made it clear take the 200$ or nothing. This owner lost the majority of our belongings strung us around stateing he wanted fairness and all it came down to was Trey is a crook. When we lived in South Tampa we used a small laundry mat near house for years to do our laundry NEVER ONCE did we have any issues; our washer breaks down we use oldsmar coin laundry mat owned by Trey once and he looses over half of out stuff. I warn everyone this little hole in the wall laundry mat and owner knew he had us. Were still shocked as hell to the whole thing. I give this place a negative 73lbs of rating and owner even more WOW WE WERE WRONGED ON EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. "BEWARE"

I arrived at 5pm with my daughter’s queen size comforter that needed to be cleaned. I was immediately greeted by Helen who was so nice and friendly. She advised me that I could use the machines, and she would show me how, or she could launder the comforter for me and have it ready the next day at 9am. I asked if she could clean the comforter for me, however, I worked the next day and would not be able to pick it up. She offered to meet me back at the laundromat later that evening, which she did. The comforter came out beautiful. Helen is amazing!!!! She went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and I truly appreciated it! I will definitely be back, because of Helen, and recommend this laundromat to everyone I know.

5 stars because it is actually a decent laundromat. Has everything you need; folding tables, carts, detergent dispenser, change machine. No bathroom? But there is a Walgreens across the street if you need to go. Average cleanliness. They have well labled machines. A "little buster" is a 2 loads (18lbs) machine for $2.75. A "big buster" is a 4 loads (40lb) machine for $5.25 a wash (we use this for our comforters). Biggest is the "big bertha" 8 loads (75lb) for $7.75. Dryers are standard, how many quarters you put in influences the amount of time it will dry for. They also have standard size dryers as well. Lastly, office hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, if you need the office.

Reasonable laundromat, variety of machines, new-ish folding tables. I like that they have a utility sink, but it is in the room that looks like it used to be the bathroom. There is a big wooden box over what looks like where the toilet was located, with sewer gas smell. Yuck. Not as dirty as some laundromats, but not clean either. I like that you can park right by building, easier to bring laundry in and out. In a nice area, would feel reasonably safe there even at odd hours, back door into Thorntons in same lot was nice - easy to get a soda while laundry is spinning.

This loundry mat is one of the best i have ever bin at it is clean very professional and helen is the best very attentive and helpfull and very quick service i really recomend the place to anyone who needs great service at a loundry mat keep it up

Was staying at a resort close by and needed to get laundry done. Machines are clean and well kept. They are in the process of getting the floors done. The lady that works there(probably owns) is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend the place.

Nobody gets up and is excited to spend their day off at the laundry mat (especially with a baby and a 4yr old) but Helen was so nice and made our experience great! The laundry mat also was nice, clean, and cool! We will definitely be back

We have been coming here for the laat 4 years. Its a very Clean and well kept place. Ac.cable tv. There is even a cute lil table for the kids with coloring and books to read. place with friendly staff. Will not do laundry anywhere else!

Our dryer went out about a month ago so I made my first trip to Oldsmar Coin Laundry. Ive been back several times since. Clean and cool environment with large capacity dryers. I am seriously thinking about not replacing our dryer.

This is a great place for laundromat, there is a dedicated staff member constantly cleaning the place. The place is very clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi, snack machines and everything you need to finish your laundry here!

Super helpful and accommodating staff! I was pulled away from a load of wash for an urgent errand and a staff woman kindly transferred my wet clothes (when they were done) into the drying cycle. Will return & recommend!
