Ask for Emily! I have never been to a Tijuana Flats before in my life, but i have heard good things. My grandma and i were across the street at Target and we wanted some take out to bring home. So i suggested we try Tijuana. The decor was super inviting and all the employees were really nice, so i wish we would have stayed to dine in. But the menu is huge and the sauce bar is freaking glorious but totally overwhelming! I told Emily, our cashier, that wed never been here before and she could tell we were overwhelmed, so she helped us with recommendations and walked us thru the sauce bar! Her reccomendations were awesome! Top notch place. My only regret is we didnt tip Emily because it was counter service and we were in a hurry and just totally forgot :((((! Next time she gets a double tip! Nothing makes me happier than a great staff that helps their customers, so here i am posting a review ! Haha.

Wow !!! The enchiladas are really good here. I order two enchiladas with the verde sauce(green sauce). Really really good. I also ordered a side of rice and beans as well as chips and salsa. The salsa tasted sweet to me. I didnt care for the salsa but I used the hot sauce station and added a mixture of different sauces to cancel out the sweet taste in the salsa. Really good food and they give you a lot on the plate. I had to get a to-go box for the left overs. The waitresses and hostess are sooo nice. Very professional and courteous. If you have never been to a Tijuana Flats, the hosts will explain all the menu items and whats in each plate. Really nice Free wifi and lots of easy parking. Clean modern, happy place. Wheel chair assessable.

We went on "$5.99 burrito, chips and drink" day, I had the carnitas burrito and I was really disappointed. (Its $1 extra for the pork) The only flavor the pork had was an old taste and the burrito shell hadnt even been warmed up. The tortilla chips were cold and hard. What I did like was the array of hot sauces. I shouldve believed the sign when it said "death" that it was really hot, usually its not THAT hot but dangggg!! I put a whole cup on my burrito and I was sweating and drank 2 glasses of root beer and told the waitress what I did and she said "oh no" and ran to get me a cup of sour cream which immediately cooled down my mouth. The staff was really nice, I might try it 1 more time but I wouldnt get the carnitas burrito again.

The reason for the 1 star is the fact that one of their employees added an additional tip of 7 dollars to my credit card on top of the tip i gave them. The charge of the food was around 26 and change I rounded up to 30. 2 weeks later when reviewing my credit card statement I saw a charge of $37. I cant do anything about it as I have misplaced my copy of the receipt. I suggest if your going to eat there keep your receipt and watch your credit card statement although we shouldnt have to do that. Good food though always ready on time

Waiting in line as I order online at home then the young staff without any direction couldnt let me know my order is ready sitting aimissly .. I couldnt read minds because I dont have superpowers to do so..I should take back the tip I implied online if I know I was getting an experience like this. We like to go on Taco Tueadays. The staff is always quick and professional. They always hold the door for you which is a nice touch. The staff is always in a good mood and personable. The food is great, the chips and queso is my favorite. And they are on top of getting refills for drinks! I love this place. A bit busy for Tuesday special. More seating would be best for how busy it gets on that night.

Food is OK.. My bowl definately wasnt as tasty as say Chipoltle or Jakes Cantina, but it was alright. I wonder why in a restaurant that was full of children, why is there a picture of a girls ass in a thong on the ceiling? It was unfortunately above our table area and not really what I or my young daughters want to look at while eating. Objectifying women is not cool, and I wont be back.

The bald guy who looked like the manager was rude and had an attitude. I was at my table and he called my name and came to my table and said " Geez ive been calling your name over there, here is your food" which by the way if he would have spoken louder and not whisper, i would have heard my name. Also the employees looked really dirty and not presentable at all.

This was my first time at a Tijuana flats, and I must say I enjoyed it. They have comparable food to chipotle but give you free chips and a hot sauce bar! They also have bottled and draft beers available to order. The servers and hostesses were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely return here for a quick bite.

Extremely mediocre fare at reasonable prices. Nothing great about this place. They load you up with chips hoping you will leave full. Otherwise portions are fairly small for a guy. Dont go out of your way to eat here. Ok if you are close and have no where else to go.

You cant go wrong with dos tacos and a side of queso! Anyone who thinks so should really get a life! This is my go to place for fresh, yet quick tacos loaded with flavor! The staff is always so friendly and willing to cater to your needs.
