We used Bayou Catering for a Cajun themed Wedding/Anniversary party a couple of weeks ago and our nearly 100 guests RAVED! While my wife and I preferred the Crawfish Dip with French Bread and the Cajun Shrimp, our guests went on and on about their Jambalaya and House Salad! So really a broad menu to meet the tastes of a varying group. They arrived on a timely fashion, decorated their tables and served the guests in a buffet line, as expected. What was NOT expected was that when they ran out of shrimp on the line and were waiting for a fresh batch, they would memorize those turned away and bring it to their tables, clearing any plates on the table as they came and went. Highly personable and yet very professional! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The food is amazing! So good! Great flavors, textures, and smells. Im very impressed. As someone with high expectations- this food, style, and service was absolutely exceptional. Ive eaten at multiple events catered by Bayou and I have always been impressed. I highly recommend David and Bayou Catering for your party. You will be very happy!

We had a fabulous wedding at the Lions Club on June 26. The staff were great and took such good care of us. And the food, awesome! Chef Lori made some amazing cupcakes to our request. Thank you for all the details to our satisfaction you guys rock.
