Christy McDonald, Director of Client Services at Hiregy in Orlando, has been the driving force in my obtaining a permanent job. When I first met Christy I sensed a genuine interest in connecting me with a perfectly matched position. The battery of tests that was needed to just get an interview with the company she chose for me did not keep Christy from staying in touch. She continued to update me on the status of each step while making sure the hiring company, herself, and I were in sync. During my interview with the hiring company I was told they never had to worry about Hiregy as they always sent them the best candidates. My original sense of Christy was spot on. I have been permanently hired by an outstanding local company that is nationwide. I would like to publicly thank Christy and Hiregy for their integrity, compassion, and steadfastness. It is a great to be able to say, “I have been HIRED!"
