They send everyone to a 35 degree warehouse called Taylor Farms and pays minimum wage. The warehouse is full of spanish and haitian if you are not either race you will feel alienated and foriegn in America because very few can actually speak any ENGLISH. They gossip and have clicks within the races. Spanish holds majority power being that they are mostly management, the haitians are like the puppets whom probably are fresh off the boat they dont mind working for change and need to be deported back to the country they came from. Americans do NOT belong at this job and the co-workers and management makes it clear that we are not wanted! NO MATTER how hard you work if you are NOT spanish the chances of you moving up in this company is like 10%, my supervisor was spanish and didnt speak a word of English If I had a question I would have to track down an interpreter which could take a while anyways this is America and I felt like I was discriminated against in my own country. Remedystaffing office is okay I guess but the warehouse and pay is unacceptable wish there was a way to give zero stars upsettingly I had to give them one

Unprofessional and unorganized, will only assist in finding minimum wage work. I visited, spoke with several people including franchise owner, sent emails and even revisited and I still did not get any work.
