Ive been with Randstad for a few assignments and I have zero complaints. They took the time to listen to what I needed from an employer. Ive had bad experiences with other agencies being lazy, racist, money hungry, and even careless. At Randstad I was found a job a week within applying with them and after that, constant employment. Its their job to HELP find what fits your needs. BUT its up to you to look for positions on their site, perfect your resume, and discuss job sites and opportunities. Randstad was able to facilitate the rest that led to interviews and keep constant communication with me when I needed them. Looking for employment isnt an easy thing to do, but effort on your behalf, along with Randstads communication landed me a job with a great company doing something I didnt think Id love. Simply, dont be lazy. Go out there for the job you want. Randstad is there to make the search/process faster and easier!

If I could give the staff 10 stars I would in a heart beat. I am currently an employee on assignment for Randstad office & Administration. The staff is awesome professional caring personnel. They assest my skills, accomplishments together with my education and experience (they leave no accomplishments unturned for ones benefit) in my interview. They offered Options, considered My needs and came through for me immediately. I am currently active & very satisfied in my assignment. I am confident that with this agency, I have been directed to my permanent profession/Position. Loving my work place (My bosses & co-workers). I go way back with Randstad, when they started out in Lake Mary, (2005), Im not new to Staffing agencies, But I found that through the years out of all my Agencies, Randstad is great when it comes to finding a match, for me that is. They make sure when they send you out, its a going to be a position that is compatible to your skill set. There recruiters go to very pretigious companies here in Central Fl to help us have great jobs and careers. Im on a great assignment now that Randstad found me, Its in the real estate industry , great company and respectful people to work for. "Way to Go Randstad"!!! For those who need an assignment , Check them out. They take care of employment needs

Why is this place even a business? You walk in and immediately they treat you like YOURE wasting their time. This place and its workers are a complete joke. Save your time and just apply elsewhere, the most you will get from these clowns is a job in a sucky call center, and be sure to look up their profiles on linkedIn if you need a good laugh. People with online degrees from schools where people can bark and graduate could not possibly help you find a job. The only thing they could find is.....NOTHING! And the location on Sand Lake looks like a meth lab, so just keep your time and gas and try other employment companies in Central Florida.

If you talk to donna you will be wasting your time. Unprofessional ignorant individual who has no intention of finding anybody a job. All they do is bad mouth clients and badger employees that come in to make an honest loving for there family. Just a couple of women gossiping like a couple of high school teens.
