Was given a job at a local company at 10.00hr. Quick and painless. Great job, and never had a problem getting ahold of someone if I had a question. They will call you right away if there is any issue and help you get it resolved. If they are interested in you they will find you work right away. Not too many 10/hr jobs calling me so employ-temps saved the day. Dont be a fool and assume things.....ask questions....Im glad I responded to their email. Amy, Selina and Lauren have been amazing people to have helping me and I wouldnt have gotten a job at this particular company for months, if not ever, trying on my own. Many companies only find employees through temp services, or hire through coworkers family, thats just how it is.....unless you have a degree(which I dont, btw.) And they got me In in a day. Thank you again ladies. Would recommend to anyone. Just be sure to ask questions before you agree to any assignment. Know your rights and understand theirs. They will pay for drug testing as long as you complete your assignment. If you dont you will pay for it. Stuff like that. Too many people make assumptions or dont ask enough questions and then they wanna write a negative review. I take all reviews with a grain of salt you really need to hear both sides. Take my word for it, I have a great job at Shearers and wasnt getting anywhere doing it myself. Good luck to all the job seekers out there.

I was actually called by them to come sign on as a client about seven years ago. Since I was looking for work, I tried it. The whole process was unprofessional. The staff were vulgar and inappropriate, milled around telling vulgar jokes in front of the clients and doing a whole lot of nothing besides screwing off, the receptionist was rude and nasty, they knew nothing about the employers they were sending people to work for; what youd be doing, the work conditions, not even how much youd be paid. After theyd sent me on two wild goose chases and the literal WORST job Id ever worked, I told them to delete my file and lose my contact information. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They do not even deserve a star. I was sent on a 3 hour interview to a pet food warehouse position. The agent did not even know how much the hourly wage was for this job. And did not prepare me to know I would be there for three hours. I was late for my evening job. And when I called to check on the status of my application the woman Samantha would not even come to the phone!!! Never heard from them again. They have a lot of nerve taking peoples personal information and wasting their valuable time. They repost the same jobs on craigslist week after week. These jobs are not available. Dont even deal with these people.
