I drove from Freeport to Mary Esther, about an hour, to speak with John about the place cards I needed for a Bridesmaid luncheon. I arrived and we discussed the details of the design, size, and color I wanted for the place cards. He went right to work on the design with me sitting in his office to review and discuss each design decision. Not something usually done but he knew I had made the drive and wanted to save me another trip to pick up the place cards. What service! I noticed how clean and tidy they kept the print shop. A work environment that can be pretty grimy. This is a fully equipped operation. I saw finished brochures, event programs, and printed business stationery that looked pretty special. John had given me a range of what to expect for cost on the phone before I got there. It turned out to be very reasonable and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. These guys aim to please and are very easy to work with. Cannot meet their own projected deadlines. When trying to refund my money the owner actually charged me a second time for the same total. I now have no product and less 90+ dollars. When I was leaving after the supposed refund I was jeered while exiting the business by the owner himself with a sarcastic remark about finding someone who can meet my schedule.
