May 18,2017 ihb... Im extremely unhappy when it came to paying my bill .I called ahead and asked how much money my hair would be.The lady over the phone told me $125 and asked how long my hair was which is 3inches past my shoulders.I wanted my grown out roots to be Blonde plus a hair cut. She said ok than it will be around $145 . I said ok and made the appointment.I dont understand how my bill turned out to be $274 after giving a 20% tip. I told the lady at the desk that over the phone she said around $145 plus tip. The lady said thats only are start quote. I would really like part of my money back. I would have never went there if i knew it was going to cost that much.I was lied to over the phone to get me to come in and got taken advantage of.Thats false advertisement and i wont be returning unless taken care of.Was told I was going to get a call back from the manager about a semi refund on my hair. I Never got a call back been about a month and half now still waiting.

In the 20+ years I have been going to salons to meet my beauty care needs, this is hands down my favorite. Jenn does my eyelash extensions. Her work is flawless. Every. Single. Time. Not to mention she is kind, sweet, informative, etc. Shes been in the beauty industry for 11 years, and specifically with eye lashes for 5. I look forward to my appointment just to be able to chat, she is the best! Nikki is how I ended up at this salon 3 years ago. A new friend referred me to her when I moved to the area, and I have never been disappointed. She does my hair- color, cut, and extensions when desired. In 2016 she began micro blading, and I was confident to be her first real appointment. And I LOVE them. And last I will mention the front desk staff are the best!! They are never stuffy, arrogant, or rude (like Ive experienced in other high end salons). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and fun!!

The one time I visited this spa for a massage along with my aunt, we had a great experience. My aunt frequents this location for her massages and wanted me to have the experience while I was in Florida. Up north, I have a bi-weekly deep tissue massage at Signature Spa in North Greenbush, NY so when I had the massage with Alexia I asked that it be deep tissue. Compared to my $65. one, this one was more expensive but then again, there was a fluffy robe, sandals and water or wine to sip for the Imperial price. You get what you pay for when the extras are thrown in so it would be more expensive. Alexia gives a good massage but I am so used to a really deep massage, this one wasnt as deep. The location is beautiful, the staff welcoming and my overall reaction was if I was a Floridian, this would be a spa Id use for a special treat.

Im sad to not see the review they emailed me not posted! I went on Friday - my birthday and got a facial - Flaxx C - it was AWESOME. I think it was Michelle. but 2 weird things happend - it was birthday, I have been there before and they offer birthday services but did not offer me one. So Michelle, tired to arrange it for me but it didnt work out. Unfortunately, no one thought to offer me a rain check - customer service is really key and I always spend a ton of money when Im there - their loss. Also when I got there I was not offered use of the locker room. So in the appointment room I had to pile my clothes on floor - no hooks, cubbies or any place to put my stuff! how weird!

so i went in for a massage and pedicure. great massage, worst pedicure i ever had. over priced then was accused of flashing the pedicure girl. i did not i was uncomfortable because the give you a robe to wear, i had underwear on and did not flash anyone. Just not in my character. then the manager made a scene and demanded i pay and never come back... I will never go back and further more i will post on every review site i can about how negative an experience this was. i am mortified and embarrassed and i was treated like i did something wrong, when all i did was pay 88$ for a 1/2 hour massage and a shitty pedicure. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Marissa was able to fit me in without an appointment for a polish change. I had little time due to a flight. She was really nice and took her time. The tea room was nice upgrade to a traditional waiting room. The ladies at the front counter were all nice and very helpful. Upon checking out the young lady helped me avoid smudging my polish by helping me with my purse and keys. Its expensive, but I have leaned not to be cheap when it comes to beauty. I travel a lot and its hard to find a great nail salon on the road.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. I went in with shoulder length hair, asked for a layered shag with bangs, and came out with a mullet. My bangs were so short I couldnt even wrap them around a curling iron. They were too short to wear down as bangs and when I tried to curl them back, they just stood up straight off my head. I had to get on an airplane the next morning for a flight to NY. I had to pay to get my hair fixed when I got up there. Horrible!!!

I was told what they were going to do to my hair....$200 later its brassy and ugly. I wanted a hair cut also but the woman who was doing my hair went to another client told me I had to come back yet I had my appointment first and she was there until 8pm . Another stylist finished my hair. It was a horrible out come. I want my hair fixed but was too embarrassed to call back and Complain. I hate my hair and now Im stuck with it.

Couldnt recommend a better salon and better hairstylist, Tiffany! She definitely knows whats shes doing, my hair always looks amazing, she can do anything! Not only is Tiffany great, the salon itself is also the best, the moment you walk in youre offered coffee, tea, water, wine, soda, whatever you could think of. The salon strives for excellent customer service and the best stylists and they have accomplished both!

My sister and I vacationed on the beach and came here for a couples package with massage and hydrotherapy. I had Suzanne (sp?), who was absolutely the best, and my sister loved her therapist also. We were impressed with the services, the locker room (with a small sauna!), and the tea room. Couldnt have asked for anything better, and our package was an amazing value for all that came with it.

I get a manicure and pedicure done every 3 weeks practically anywhere. The manicure & pedicure I received at Imperial Nail salon was not impressive. There was a barely-there foot massage & my heels needed more pumice. Then my bIll for the mani & pedi was $90. If the service is spectacular, then I understand paying $90, but it was just as any other salon where I pay no more than $40.
