Im not sure why google uploaded my photos a million times.. But I went in last minute to get my bangs defined as they were always in my face and out of shape, and to add texture to my plain long wavy hair. Osalis cut mine and in 30 minutes she was done. I paid $50 and left without getting mine blowdried, but when I got home and it dried, it looked no different! So I went back in and they kindly took me back in, no charge, and she apologized and she too saw no difference. She cut it dry this time while straightening it and took 2.5 hours carefully perfecting every strand and snipping here and there. I left with a much different look which was better than what I had hoped for! The cute defined bangs, layers, and thinned out hair--mine is super thick and can get messy so this worked great for me. It still looked like I had the same amount of hair but it was just more manageable. Also she said that the first time was lousy because it was such a busy day, so go in when they are not super packed! Thanks Osalis!

Por mi cabello tengo que ir a la peluqueria todas las semanas, siempre he ido cambiando pero desde que empece en esta llevo 1 año sin cambiar, cuando el color, el peinado y la staff son buenas yo ya he encontrado mi lugar en la ciudad!! Lo mejor es que mi cabello ha mejorado tanto por sus productos que por fin lo puedo llevar largo...Gracias Symbols !

This salon should not be in business. The service is not only despicable but I am convinced none of their stylists are trained. I went in for a simple hair cut and left crying hysterically. All of my hair was chopped off in an inexplicable way. I had to go see a group of professional stylists who could not believe the atrocity that had been done to my hair! To make matters worse, the owner walked away in my face as I was expressing my concerns. If you value your hair, i suggest you stay away from this salon.

Excelente servicio, adoro este lugar, hace dos años me hago mi pelo en Symbols y siempre ha sido genial. Son muy profesionales y las chicas de uñas son maravillosas. Me gusta mucho el capuchino y las mimosas de los sábados.

I cant say enough about this place. It became my home in Miami. Cynthia was amazing. Her manicures(regular) lasted practically 2 weeks. And Damian was the best as well. Beatrice the owner made you feel like you were the most beautiful person in the world. They really take care of everyone! Not every place in Miami gives service like this. Worth the trip - even if not in your neighborhood, but thankfully they were in mine!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. terrible salon with terrible service.... they clearly hire employees with no licenses the work done here is terrible... my 5 year old daughter would probably do a better job... to top it all off the owner beatriz has the worst attitude and management skills... CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST.. do better hiring!!

My mom and me were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. Mom as an ex-stylist was very pleased with Jorge Pastor, his friendliness and professional knowledge won her over. In addition to her manicurist (sorry didnt get the name- Argentinian) great place and ambience, will be returning

I took my son for a hair cut and absolutely loved it. Meanwhile, I got acrylic nails with Marta and they look gorgeous. Great atmosphere very nice and friendly and most of all the best hair cut my son ever got. Deffinatly going back there again.

Id love to actually review their services. But unfortunately they werent open when I arrived at the time agreed on. The open sign was on... but they werent open. Its unprofessional. And disappointing. I really wanted to try this salon. :(
