If I could leave this company less than one star, I would. What a horrible, unprofessional company. We hired them for our beach wedding this past weekend to set up two things - chairs and columns. All they had to do was set them up on the beach, yet they managed to screw that up. They delivered the chairs and columns to the wrong location down the beach even after I confirmed the location with them earlier that morning over the phone. I approached them on the beach to tell them that they are in the wrong spot, one of the employees was rude and began swearing. Mind you that this was 30 minutes before my wedding was scheduled to start. What did they do after that? They slowly moved the chairs and columns to the correct ceremony site, threw them down without setting any of the chairs up, exclaimed "f@&* this" and then left. Me and my grooms men were in full suits and were forced to set everything up ourselves with less than 20 minutes before the ceremony was scheduled to start. We received no help whatsoever from the employees that we paid to set this up. We actually paid them over $200 extra to get this set up early in the morning. They did nothing for us. They didnt even rake the sand as they promised. The white chairs were dirty and stained. What a joke of a company. Unprofessional, rude, and poor communication. They also failed to ever send a contract other than a brief email description and failed to email a receipt for the down payment as they promised they would.

My name is Michelle Schumer and I had several rentals from planned celebrations. I would not recommend this company especially if you want to be treated like crap the day of your wedding. I had booked Linens ,wine glasses and a plastic tub with them several months in advance before my wedding on April 9th 2016. the morning of the wedding my father goes to pick up the Linens and they have nothing ready in fact they told him that I had called and cancelled my order. we had paid them over $400 and nothing was refunded even those supposedly we cancelled her order. after arguing with them about the order not being canceled they finally released Linens. after the lady named Jesse that works there has come back and forth from the reaper reception hall three times I finally called down there and spoke to somebody. I believe it was the owner it was a man he had the audacity to say to me "I dont know why you think youre important today but we have other clients." Yrs me the bride!!! however just see a woman that works there was very nice went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get everything set up in time but I would not recommend this company to anybody especially the way that the people that own the store treated me and my family

They should get a zero star. I heard theyre going out of business and now I know why. I placed an order for $300 for chairs and tables. I called back two hours later to cancel the order. They charged my card the full amount anyway. I called them to reverse the charge and they said ok. One week goes by and no money back. Second call and I was told refund request was sitting on owners desk and only he can approve it. A second week goes by and nothing. A third phone call and placed on hold for 30 minutes. A fourth phone call and I was told they would refund 80% and they would keep 20%. Theyre keeping $70 and they did nothing but take my credit card info and write an order. I asked whats the 20% for and they said a restocking fee. I said the order was canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. I know your company did not pull any chairs or tables so try again. Then they said theres credit card processing fee. As a business owner I told them that merchant services fees are no higher than 3% so that comes out to $9 so try again. Then they hung up on me

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.. Planned Celebrations is the WORST place to rent from. My Aunt rented a wedding package from them. After the reception, they LEFT everything for family to clean up. They charged nearly $300 to wash dishes AND they didnt pick up their equipment. We had to rent a U-haul and PERSONALLY TAKE their equipment back to them. THEN.. They charged extra for broken dishes that didnt exist... Overall they charged over $500 EXTRA over the rental fees... WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE PACKAGES???? After all their extra charges and fees we could have purchased all the equipment ourselves. SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY..

Planned Celebrations provided rental items for a wedding I coordinated recently. The delivery and pick up were done on time but we were missing several items and 2 of the Chargers were cracked and several others had noticeable wear and tear. The China was gold rimmed, rather than white like we ordered and the silverware was at least 40 years old. The two men who helped the owner load and unload were rude to several guests and when the the owner was notified, his response was less than ideal. They were less expensive than any other rental company and they did a fair job but Im not sure I would use them again.

I booked the tent, they charged my credit card full amount 10 weeks ahead, without my consent, I reduced my order, Jessie promised me credit for reduced amount credit, she never did it. We had hurricane warning and mandatory evacuation on the day of our event. We left house for 5 days. I called the business and Jassie promised me full credit. Services were never rendered. I asked for full credit. no response. I had to claim dispute with my credit card. 2 weeks passed no credit issued.

I enjoyed working with Jessi and Mark leading up to my event. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. Jessi left me with no concerns. They were prompt and kind at all times.
