I heard Jorge play for my cousins wedding in New York and I absolutely loved how engaged the crowd was the entire time! He knew exactly how to switch from one category of music to another without losing the crowd...So when I got engaged, I knew I needed Jorge because I was having a destination wedding on the island of Andros, Greece and wanted an eclectic play list. Well, Jorge came all the way to Greece and absolutely nailed it! Everyone had an amazing time and the dance floor was never empty! He played American, Greek and Spanish music! Jorge also has a great emcee style with a great voice to go with it.. There literally was a minor fire at my reception where everyone panicked and he got on the microphone and with his positive energy, he was able to calm the crowd and avoid them from running off! (Luckily, the fire was put out and we partied on!) Thanks so much! You rock! Will for sure hire him for all future events!

We hired Jorge for our destination wedding in Miami at the Raleigh Hotel. When I first spoke with him, I liked how responsive him and his team were, and also how flexible and catering he was. I felt like I had been to so many weddings with awful DJs but he was perfect. He even custom remixed "Under My Skin" by Frank Sinatra to "Miami" by Will Smith which ended our first dance and had everyone joining the dance floor seamlessly. I had a rough wedding day to start because my planner kind of dropped the ball. I am so so so so thankful to have amazing vendors like Jorge that I didnt have to even worry about. He just went with it exceptionally and I am so thankful. I even gave him a big hug at the end of the night. He was incredible and I would recommend him forever.

We loved working with Jorge. Sound Event Djs gives you online tools to make planning that part of your wedding so much easier. As a Bride planning a wedding, I loved all the help I could get. Its not just picking songs, but also helps you create your timeline. Jorge was so professional and when things got a little chaotic due to our wedding coordinator rushing us, he stepped in and made sure that we got what we wanted! You can tell he has a lot of experience and if my wedding coordinator wouldnt have been included with my venue I would have loved to hire him for that too. He kept the dance floor full and I heard every song I wanted! He also did a great job on the uplighting. I highly recommend Sound Event Djs. It is worth hiring the professionals!

I fall short of words to express how very happy I and my new husband felt to have worked with Sound Event DJs on the day of our wedding. The music and sound for the ceremony, cocktail and eating time was flawless. Then came the dancing part… Jorge kept everyone on the dance floor all through the last song. Having George be the DJ of our wedding was the one of the best decisions made. Not only was he great entertainment, I kept hearing from guests, months after the wedding, that they had such a great time and could not stop dancing all night. He was very accomodating and took requests. His ability to play the right songs after the other was great. There was never a dull moment. Not only was he the entertainment, but he kind of worked as a wedding cordinator as well. He knew the right queue for every moment. He carried out the reception like such a pro. I highly recommend hiring him.

Unbelievable!! The skill of an awesome DJ, with the experience of private parties. The playlist I made was too short, but Jorge and Ralph got an idea of our music style and just ran with it. The dance floor was always full and everyone had a blast!!! II felt like they were always two steps ahead and ready for anything. Jorge and Ralph did such an awesome job, that we ended up booking them for an extra hour. Friends and relatives that typically dont dance were wilding out on the floor. DJ Matt was so great!! He was polite, punctual, and chose the best combination of songs.... everyone was on the dance floor within seconds and stayed there ALL night!!! He also ran the music for our ceremony, which was also flawless. The online planner makes it so easy and the meetings before the wedding to finalize the details were efficient. They thought of details that I would have totally missed. VERY glad we used sound event DJs and would use them over and over!!
