DO NOT GO HERE! They will take your keys, break something in your car and tell you the engine light was on when they got it! This is the 2nd time theyve done this to us, with 2 different cars. Simple Oil Change. Get the car back with the check engine light on. They said it was on when they got it. LIES! Acted like they didnt have a clue what was going on, but then, OH MY, imagine that, they figured it out, can get the part in 30 minutes but itll be another $100. I cannot stress this enough! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR AT ALL!!! I got some new tires on my car. Drop it off, no lights on, get it back, turn it on... guess what? The airbag light is on. Seriously? What did they say? Oh, it was already on when we got it. NO IT WASNT! They said they didnt do anything, it was already on and that they dont even go near what seems to be wrong. THE EXACT SAME THING THEY SAID TO ME AND MY WIFE!!! We dont go under there, so it couldnt be our fault since the light was already on when we got it. PACK OF LIES UPON LIES! Once, I get it, it might be something in the car. A coincidence. TWICE? Nope, never going back. DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!

Brought my 2012 Audi A4 Quattro in for a basic oil change, they immediately told me nobody likes to work on Audis. Then proceeded to tell me how expensive all repairs would be for a German car, as if I didnt know when I purchased the car. I brought my car in at about 11 o clock in the morning, and didnt get a call about it being done until 6:30, 30 minutes before closing. I then had to wait to pick my car up until the next morning due to no rides being available for me at the time. When I got in my car, I looked at the sticker, which only gave me 4,000 miles until my next oil change. When typically Ive been given at least 6,000 from other places. They also didnt even reset my service due notification, telling me they didnt know how. I will not be returning to Firestone again, I can find an overpriced oil change elsewhere.

Made an appointment for an A/C inspection. I was told he was starting immediately and I would have a call in an hour with results. A little over an hour later I called for the status. He told me the tech would call me in15 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later when I still hadnt heard. When I asked for the results he told me they were just getting started on the inspection! So, they had been lying to me and stringing me along for over an hour and a half telling me they would have the results when they knew they hadnt even started!! Thanks for completely waisting my time on a Sunday...They lied to me over and over. I would never trust them with my vehicle again!

I bought four tires from them. After a routine tire rotation, I started having problems. I took the car back, they worked on it but told me I probably needed a new tire. Despite the tire being a year old, low miles, and having followed the rotation advice (every other oil change) given to me when I purchased it I now needed a new tire and it would not be discounted. I will not purchase tires or service there again. I took my car elsewhere to have the problem fixed and they did not try to sell me a new tire.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Firestone. Ive had my tires replaced here and the associates treated me very well... always friendly and professional. Ive had to call a few times regarding my tires and theyve always answered my questions in a very efficient and polite manner. They even informed me of a warranty that Id purchased from them and immediately forgotten about. Im very pleased with the customer service I received from this Firestone and plan on returning here in the future.

I had my oil change done here a couple of times but the 3rd time was the worst one. I guess they dont even fill up wiper fluids anymore and I thought thats one of the basic things they do. Then, I found out that they forgot to change the sticker to remind me when is going to be my next or the mileage I need it done again. You just cant trust anyone even big companies to handle the right service. I am not going back there again.

They replaced plastic tire caps and tossed my metal tire caps in the trash without letting me know about it. When I got home I noticed caps are different from what I had before. Took my car back to store they said we threw the metal caps away because of corroding at needle. I insisted I need what I had they said we dont have it you can buy somewhere and bring the bill to refund you. I wont come back to this store again.

I had some tires from Tire Rack sent here to be mounted and when I came to pick up the car the tires were filthy with some kind lubricant and when I left one of the center caps fell off and was lost. That said, the manager was really responsive to my complaints and solved everything to my satisfaction. Ill probably give them another shot.

They tried to charge me for service I didnt authorize. My battery was working fine when I dropped it off, and then they called me and told me it was dead. Then, they tried to over charge me for replacing my radiator. When I told them no, and went to pick up my car, the store manager yelled at me. Never going here again!

Fixed my car but the price was 500.00. they match the price to local competition but they are all around the same price. if you.want to save your money dont go here. but if you want your car to be fixed properly they will do it.

This place is quick about taking your car keys, but they take way to long to do a simple Job. 1hr 35min for a basic Oil change on a 4 cylinder Ford. And No they did not have a full shop.
