This is the worst place to go get a hair cut. I truly recommend to never think about going to this place. I asked for a clean U cut and a little of layers in the front and now I have chunk of layers in the back of my hair. I am so disappointed at this place. First of all, I go in asking for a hair cut and they charge $55 only for that but if I want a hair cut and blow dry the total is $65. This doesnt make sense at all. Also, after they saw I have a lot of hair they wanted me to pay more since they realized they made a mistake quoting that price. SOOOO Unprofessional. The first thing they asked me is about what type of shampoo I was using and she just started selling me their "professional" products. Maybe this is how they run business but while she was starting to cut my hair didnt mention a word of how I wanted it. Blow-dry? a total mess. I honestly regret stepping in to that place. DO NOT GO to this place. It was just a mistake going there.

I do NOT recommend going here. My haircut turned out horrible. The stylist spent all of 15 minutes cutting it, and didnt even show me what she had done. And when I got home to take a look, the back was cut straight across like I was in 2nd grade!!! I called them to see if I could get it fixed (this was a Saturday) and the stylist already left, so I was told Id have to wait until MONDAY to talk to the manager. What kind of business are they running over there? I can get the same botched haircut at Supercuts or Haircuttery for a fraction of the price.

I followed my stylist to this salon and I love it! The products they use are the best! Kerastase is a little pricey but it's sooo worth. You get what you pay for. I've had other stylist there blow-dry my hair and it's always great. My hair has never been in better condition n it's growing like crazy! Not tO mention their espresso is sooooo good. Whoever complains about this place is probably just miserable
