I have only worked with Eggwhites Special Event Catering on one event but the experience was great. In my role at Miami magazine, we worked with Eggwhites on our "To Live & Dine in Miami" event. We had over 400 guests on the first floor of the Moore building as well as over seven restaurants with sampling stations. Eggwhites was extremely helpful and an instrumental support in making the event such a huge success. The entire Eggwhites team was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. In addition to handling all logistics, the Eggwhites team also served a Wasabi Infused Tuna Tartare with Avocado inside of an empty egg shell. I heard from quite a few guests that the Eggwhites dish was their favorite of the night. I would definitely work with Eggwhites again and recommend them fully for any small or large-scale event.

Ive been to many events catered by Eggwhites. When I learned they were a City of Miami vendor, I jumped on the opportunity to have them cater my business luncheon. They delivered the food early, and everything was set up on time. I couldnt have asked for an easier and smooth process. Now lets get to the food... Every single attendee was raving about the food. The food was phenomenal. It was so delicious. Every single item! I dont even know where to begin. All of our taste buds were dancing for holiday joy! My experience with Eggwhites Special Event Catering was phenomenal. Their food was amazing. Everything from the hors d oeuvres to the cocktails was superb. The seated dinner was aesthetically pleasing and just as delicious. The staff was also very accommodating and professional. The servers were always attentive and in close proximity. Even when the cocktail hour had ended, a server was able to snag me another seared tuna on a wonton crisp (I must have had seven of those). I highly recommend Eggwhites Special Event Catering to anyone who needs an event to be catered.

I have used Eggwhites Special Event Catering for numerous events for one of my clients and they are nothing short of amazing! Ive had events where weve spent months planning and I called Chef Gary Lampner everyday (sometimes twice a day) with changes to our plan. But Ive also had events where he has put together an amazing presentation of food and services in less than a week (all while not comprising service or quality). All the food he serves is fresh and delicious. At these events, my only complaint is I dont have enough time to eat more of it!

When your not sure what caterer to hire....this is your answer! I had a last minute birthday party to plan (admittedly, I didnt want to cook for 20 people) and with three days to go I wasnt sure who to use. I did a google search and found Eggwhites listed on the Google map. To be honest, I sent emails to two catering companies. Eggwhites responded first and was very prompt. The event exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

I have attended several functions catered by Eggwhites from bar mitzvahs to poolside birthday extravaganzas to professional events and have always been impressed. The food is not only delicious, but presented in a beautiful way. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so in the future.
