This company catered my cousins baby shower and I could not have been more impressed! I was so impressed by them that even though I didnt hire them, I felt compelled to write about it. First off, the food was delicious. We have meatballs, lasagna, penne pasta, and an omelet station. The bread rolls with garlic were very good and their salad was nice and fresh. They had lovely cobalt blue bottles of water and the service was outstanding. What impressed me the most were the two gentleman that worked this event. Tony and Tavian were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond when they offered to help us because we were running out of time setting up. The tables and chairs got there 45 minutes late and everything was backed up. They jumped into action and helped us as though they were part of the family! Later we noticed that the table supplier left and didnt give us a tablecloth for one of our tables. Tony gave us one of their table cloths and then even decorated the table for us. I simply cannot express how gracious these two men were. They were very personable and professional and interacted beautifully with all of the guests. They went table by table and picked up everyones plate as soon as they were finished. I am so impressed that if I were ever to cater an event, there is no doubt in my mind that this is the company that I would contract in a heartbeat. Thank you Tony and Tavian for making our event wonderful and for helping us Save the Day

I only have excellent thing to say about this company. They recently catered my baby shower and eveything was flawless. First off, the food was hot and delicious. I ordered the Italian feast and an omelette station for a brunch. Everyone raved about the meatballs. They were soft and tender in a very flavorful tomato sauce. The Penne Alfredo and Baked Ziti were good foils sides for the meatballs and on their own. The lasagna was a bit runny, but still very flavorful. The garlic knots were good and not overly garlicky. The salad was full of fresh greens and accompanied by a robust balsamic dressing, We also added a live omelette station. There was a wide variety of add-ins to the omelette and the line was never too long. ECR also provided sodas and branded water bottles along with all of their own utensils and plates. It was truly a full service experience! Which leads me to praise the impressive service that they provided. ECR staff arrived right on time. In fact, they beat my table delivery! As soon as ECR had promptly and efficiently set their tables, the two servers even pitched in to help us finalize the decorations for the party. They went above and beyond the call of duty! Towards the end of their service, after everyone had eaten, one of the servers even came out and helped us distribute champagne to all of the guests. I truly look forward to using their services at another event and will recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommended! I dont usually write reviews but I had to do this because I was so impressed! The service was amazing and it was paralleled by the taste of the food. They gave us everything that we needed for our event! Serving utensils, sodas, plates, napkins and an igloo with ice. They even offered to give me burners with the stands to keep the food warm. The cost for the catering was super affordable for all that we got. @ $12 pp we got an Italian feast consisting of: Baked Ziti, Jumbo Meatballs, Lasagna & Bowtie Vodka Chicken, Garlic Rolls, Garden Salad with parmesan dressing and parmesan cheese on the side. The attention to detail was very pleasing.There is no where else with a better deal and superb quality! Happy client!

Ive been ordering from Exquisite Catering by Robert for several years now. Honestly, I dont even bother getting quotes from other vendors anymore. Just celebrated my daughters Sweet 16th birthday and everyone was very pleased with the menu. I asked to borrow elegant chaffers this time instead of the disposable ones and they were kind enough to allow me in doing so. Our buffet table looked beautiful and food was truly exquisite. Their delivery is always on time, very reliable company. Their customer service is great! I highly recommend Exquisite Catering. Margie Toledo

Nasty food. They actually served precooked hotdogs and hamburgers already on buns. The burgers were over cooked and simple corn on the cob was also overlooked (hard to you couldnt hardly bite into it it was so dry. Who serves ice cream from dry coolers witith no ice/dry ice in over 90 degree temps? 30 minutes into the event the ice cream was soup. The chicken has such a strange grey color that no one I know was willing to try it. Pretty sad July 4th spread!! Grilling the food might have helped!?!

I used Exquisite Catering By Robert for my baby shower and can not say enough amazing things about the service provided. From the servers to the food, everything was beyond outstanding. It was definitely as Exquisite as the name implies. Servers set up tables and helped with my craziness prior to my guests arriving, the food presentation was impeccable, everyone was unbelievably satisfied and I would not only use their services again but I will refer them to everyone looking for catering for an event.

They couldnt stop talking about how delicious everything was especially the Chicken Marsala. First and foremost, Kathy was amazing. She was pleasant and professional both over the phone as well as in person. We went today for a tasting for our wedding and couldnt be more pleased. The staff was very professional, the food was excellent and we left knowing we were going to be taken care of and when planning a wedding, that is very important. Wedding on 5/14. The food and the service (from day that we made reservation, to tasting and dropping off) was excellent. Delivery was done an hour prior to start of ceremony. Provided us with enough paper supplies. Everyone loved the food and the salad was to die for. Thank you for making our wedding day extra special and thank you for the cookies!
