We used Gracelands services on 05/2017. I can tell you that -while I did not enjoy being there- they made a terrible situation easier on my family and I. On their website it states excellence, empathy, and professionalism. I can attest to all three. He was very fair with pricing and assisted us in every possible way. They coordinated all the services we requested with the corresponding facilities. I felt confident when I contracted for his services and I can tell you I was not disappointed. Graceland was very accommodating to all our needs and requests. Felipe himself stayed with us during our time of grief to help ensure all went smoothly for everyone. Felipe J. Caballero is in my opinion an honest, earnest and trustworthy person to handle your families affairs during a difficult time in your life. So I say publicly "Thank You" to Felipe J. Caballero, and your team for all you did for my family and I.

On January 12, 2016 my late father John Wollack suddenly passed away. I called around to get information for a cremation service. By far Felipe Caballero at Graceland Funeral Home was the most professional, thorough and offered a great price over the phone When I arrived, the funeral home was impeccable. Felipe Caballeros knowledge and bed side manners was second to none. My family was able to gather at night for a visitation and a prayer service. The cremation was done 3 days after the date of his passing. It was important for me to write a review so that other families can have the same experience my family and I had. Mr. Caballero and his staff are amazing. The level of service and the care they gave us was beyond mention. They made a difficult and heartbreaking moment a little easier to deal with. Felipe explained everything and had patience in spades. Pricing was perfect and he is very upfront about all services needed and cost. They are extremely affordable and you can be confident that they are not up selling and charging for extras that are not needed. The facility is new and does not have a dreary feel to it. Everything is very well maintained and extremely clean. When it comes to funeral services I highly recommend Graceland Funeral Home.

The funeral director treated us with kindness, also at no time was he taking advantage of us being in mourning with pricing. This funeral home had one of the best pricing for direct cremation. Their prices were around a thousand dollars less than the other funeral homes.
