If you want to get scammed by one of their locksmiths mistakes by all means call this company. I was pet sitting for a friend and unfortunately got locked out of their home due to their broken lock. After waiting 3 hours for the locksmith RICKY to arrive I CLEARLY explained my situation and told him once he replaces the lock I NEED it to be the SAME key as the original so that the homeowners can enter their house. He told me clearly he could accomplish this and I trusted him to go ahead with the procedure. Once the real homeowners returned from their vacation they found they couldnt use their original keys after we were promised it would be copied the same! We called back this company for help and they sent a locksmith to help us but they still charged us $95 for THEIR mistake. We are still fighting for this injustice and hoping for a refund! WILL NOT RECOMMEND SUCH SCAMMERS. NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER. Update 3/7/17: After visiting their office in Homestead and speaking with the supervisor Yoandi Valdes I was told that Ricky is an independent contractor and she could not force him for the refund. We called Ricky and he still denied the refund while also lying to everyone in the room that I never told him I needed the original key to work with the new lock. These people are without mercy and unprofessional! Lying scums taught me to never have faith in humanity. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. $95 down the drain for THEIR MISTAKE.

Got locked out of my apartment on Friday. I called them and they were there in 20 minutes which was fine.... On the phone I asked him what it would cost. He said it was $15 to come and $45 for "most" locks... I said ok well I screwed up Ill spend the $60+ (The plus was to give him a tip) So he comes over sees my door and says wait... This is a commercial lock. Its going to be $155 because its harder to get into and its an expensive lock... I was like what???? 2.5 times more for this lock??? Well I was really left no choice and he knew that because my wallet and keys were in my apartment. So I said ok. He literally put in a key and tapped it 3 times with the back of a screw driver and in less then 10 seconds he opened the door. I feel like they did a "bait and switch" and took advantage of me because they knew I had no choice. I hope to never get locked out again if I do I will make sure not to call Miami CRA Locksmith!!!

This is the worst service EVER! I was given a guarantee that this company did not live up to, and then when I called for them to justify the problem, they told me its NOT THEIR PROBLEM and that to contact the technician. The manager hung up the phone up me and did not even try to resolve my problem one bit! HORRIBLE SERVICE ! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

The service was prompt and effective but they charged me twice and refused to refund the second charge. Charged me 159 dollars for opening a door and making a copy of my car keys (very steep if you ask me) I tried for a month to get it resolved but they kept referring me to the technician who did the job. Your mileage may vary with this place.

when to the beach on the weekend and unfortunately lost the only key to my infinity g37 2012... fortunately for me i found this guys online they where super fast, helpful and the most important the price was reasonable!!! they gave me the exact same key with the key less entry and all! really recommend this company......

I called to have my locks changed, they said theyd give me a call back so I called another company. Called another company, hired them on the spot, these guys got mad. They called back twice to tell me off. Very unprofessional. This all happened in a matter of 10 mins. Irritable people, smh.

Reasonable prices... Are you kidding me??? Ask for the price before they start work. I didnt and was up hauled at the exorbitant price charged to tighten a loose Medeco lock on my front door ($175 plus $29 service call fee). Is this reasonable? I will never use them again!!!
