Gracias por su buen servicio. Cada vez que los nesecito ustedes solucionan mi situación. Me molesta que en los anteriores reviews se digan cosas que no son verdad, de seguro ustedes hablan de otras empresas que dan su mal servicio. Como ami me ha pasado con mi empresa se los digo por experiencia propia. Pero les recomiendo que el servicio que les van a dar Los Gemelos Locksmith a ustedes, es excelente gracias.

they are thieves, unethical, unprofessionals. they charge $370 over $100 dollars more for a Mercedes-benz E320 key that the dealer charges $260. and with the worst quality and materials and chip. that brakes at the first time you drop they key on the floor, that never happened with my original Mercedes key, so you call them and they are disrespectful in your own face making you wait for hours or until the next day to come and check on their own failure with the product they sell and stealing money from the customers. so they tell you they will check on it and never get back to you. so after days of waiting I have to call so I am told you got to buy a new one. REMEMBER I AM THE MAN WITH LONG HAIR AND THE SIBERIAN HUSKY...........KARMA NOW TO YOU......

I,ve been here twice during business hours, and the first time no one was there, and the second time they felt like closing half an hour early. With the Open sign flashing and someone behind the counter, they wouldnt open. Highly unprofessional and a waste of time on both occasions.

I was very lucky to have them come out and help me. My Mercedes control fell in the pool and I was locked out. They had the knowledge to program a new control for me and get me on my way. Plus I cant complain, the PRICE was GREAT! Much cheaper then the dealer!!

Worst service ever the guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing it I can give them no stars I would... he destroyed my cadillac cts ignition switch not knowing how to out it back together... I had to call another company to fix his mess never again!!!!

These guys are wonderful. I need a copy of my car key, which was very expensive at the dealer, and they came to my house and did a copy within minutes and it works perfectly. The prices are very, very reasonable and the service was great! Thank you, Eric.

Terrible. Put the pieces together incorrectly then broke the key in my ignition. Now i have to replace the whole thing and spend more money than necessary. My only means of transportation and they ruined it.

Dont go over there .I was waiting 2 hours locksmith to unlock my house and no one shows up.Worst thing is that after 2 hours they didnt want to pick up the phone ,or apologize .
