People complain at times that there are no longer honest business owners with integrity and awesome customer service. Well I am here to prove and to testify there are good, honest business owners out there such as Mr. Sanchez. This afternoon I went to get my car key duplicated. I went to a Mazda dealer and to my dismay, I would was informed the cost is $185 dollar to duplicate my key because allegedly the key had a chip. Of course, my heart just sank. I decided to google search an automobile locksmith. There, I found a company and the owner, Mr. Sanchez, who was quite knowledgeable and patient with me as well as educating me at the same time. It turns out my key did not have a chip and he was able make duplicate keys for me and I did not pay over $100. Mr. Sanchez, words cannot express my gratitude of "thank you" for assisting me and your honesty and great customer service. Sir you are a true gentleman and a man of integrity. Anyone who needs to change their locks or get duplicate keys, please go see Mr. Sanchez. Trust me! you will not be disappointed. The turn around for service is awesome.

Unprofessional customer service over the phone and wanted to charge me dealer prices. Called in to price a key for A 97 Acura with no chip to be made from the trunk key socket. First time ever losing a key and the car was unlocked for the record. The guy l spoke with was being very smug and condescending when I asked questions. The price told was $150! I replied that the dealership was going to charge me that and I then got a response of "you were going to give the dealership$150 so why wont you give it to me"! Shocked, I replied " Im calling for a better price, but thank you. Thats when the guy tried giving me other options and the price went down to $65. After the rudeness I didnt want to do business with the company anymore or hear any options. Bad first impression for this company.

Just bought 2011 chevy impala, needed transponder key and wanted a remote which the dealer who sold me the car didnt provide. I read reviews of Mr Sanchez and his locksmith business saw nothing but good things so I contacted him and went to his office. All I can say is Outstanding. A Pleasure and what I wanted was provided and much more. He totally programed a remote and made me a transponder spare key even checking for all the cars features which he found included starting the car from the outside...I never expected it.. I am very pleased and left his business feeling like I had just dealt with Family. I would have paid more but his prices are low and very fair. Go there if you have locksmith needs. Needed to a) get a new ignition key for 2015 Hyundai tucson and b) program a new remote (Id purchased the remote on ebay). The price was the most competitive, $45 for chip/transponder key and $55 to program the remote (Hyundai Tucson remotes are notoriously difficult to program, not like a Ford remote that you can just do at home) - unfortunately the battery on my new remote was dead because he couldnt get it to program - he changed it for me, programmed the remote - and all was done quickly and cheerfully and for the best price! Id DEFINITELY go back - and am taking my F150 there so he can cut a spare transponder key. GREAT service, great prices - what a find! Great auto locksmith!

The guy who works here(forget to catch his name) was great! I arrived around noon on this nasty rainy day and he was just pulling out for lunch when I called him due to the front door being locked. He told me he would turn around and come back to assist me. He did so and cut me a key for my car in less than 5 min. Not only did the key work.. It works better than my old one! He even gave me tips on caring for my locks. Ive had car keys cut before but not as fast or accurate. This guy exceeded all expectations from super friendly service to amazing speed and skill. Highly recommend to anyone who would like the same treatment I experienced. Id give this place more stars if I could!

I went to Toyota to get a valet key for my 2010 Corolla and they wanted to charge me $145! Ridiculous! So I googled the nearest Locksmith near me and found this little gem! Eleiner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He charged me $84 for the key and to program it. Service was very fast, I only waited 10 minutes. Once he was finished, he took me outside so that I could make sure the key worked as it should. I thought that was quite thoughful of him. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning and recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks Eleiner!

I was in a bad bind. My ignition cylinder was dead and I could not start the car. I could not go home for 3 days because the other auto locksmiths would make an appointment and then simply not show. I called Automotive and Commercial Locksmith and they said if I had the part they could install it. None of the others said that. I called in a favor from a friend and he helped me get the part and the rest was easy. Thank you guys. Always good to have professionals who know what they are doing and also provide good customer service. Lifesavers for real.

My car needed a duplicate FOB key for my Mazda I looked up auto locksmiths that could help me cut/program the keys. After calling seven different locksmiths, I decided to use A&CL. because they were very honest upfront, and made some very practical suggestions after listening carefully to my situation. The locksmith, Sanchez, stayed in communication with me about my order & was incredibly helpful and down to earth. This is a professional and friendly service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith!

I had a great experience with this locksmith this week. My drivers side door lock had been vandalized. The dealer (Mazda) said they could fix it, but I would have two separate keys and it would cost me hundreds of dollars. They said it was a complex job that only they could do it. I bought the lock cylinder from Mazda parts and brought it to Sanchez at Automotive and Commercial Locksmith. He re-cored the cylinder and installed it himself at a fraction of the price of the dealership. He was nice guy and very professional.

I had the tumbler on the tailgate of my Isuzu fall inside the door. This gentleman at the store fixed the problem in an instant! I was very impressed with the way he handled the task at hand and his finesse about removing the door panel. Once the tumbler was retrieved I was shown and given a thorough explination of the whys and what fors. I am very pleased with the customer service and his mechanical abilities. Yes, I do recommend this store. If it is ever again necessary I will return.
