Beautiful space and amazing instructors! Ive taken several classes at Milan Pole Dance and I couldnt pick a favorite - they are all amazing! If you are looking for a great workout in a fun and friendly environment (and who isnt?), this is the place! When I started pole dancing I had almost no upper body strength, so I didnt think Id ever end up inverting, let alone doing some of the more spectacular tricks. The instructors here are so helpful explaining the technique and breaking down the moves into more manageable bits to suit each students level. Im happy to report that with their help and the constant cheering from the other ladies in the class I have come a long way from a few months ago! And Ive been getting lots of compliments on my newly toned arms and my abs! :) The other upside of Milan Pole Dance is that, since it is in Wynwood, its a perfect place to start a girls night out (workout first, grab a bite or a drink in one of the many super cute places nearby after)

Ive been to Milan Pole Dance Studio Miami many times and can tell you the studio is clean, elegant, comfortable, and the owner and instructors are welcoming and charming. The studio is always the right temperature and the sound system is fantastic. The 14 high 43mm poles and XL lyra are polished stainless steel and lyra have fitness tape wrapped on them. The lighting is warm and they even have the changing Hue lights over the mirrors for additional ambiance. The studio is on the 4th floor of the Wynwood Lofts Building and has gorgeous views of the neighborhood and its art filled streets; there are even refined abstract paintings and custom furniture in the studio! They offer a variety of beginner and advanced classes for pole dance & gym, lyra, flexibility, inversions, and chair dance. They host bachelorette parties too! The chicest pole studio in Florida and the studio you want to return to and become a part of the team.

I had the opportunity to spend a week during the Black Girls Pole 2017 retreat at Milan Pole Dance Studio in Miami. The owner Silvia was a total gem! She was friendly and accommodating which made for a wonderful welcome to my Miami Pole experience. The poles in the studio are nice and tall, there is plenty of natural light that filters in during the daytime and the location of the studio itself is amid the the very cool and art-filled Wynwood area. Despite my busy schedule, I managed to fit in the Sexy Stiletto and Flow class with Carinne Tator last Thursday before the end of the BGP retreat and I loved every sultry moment of it! I would highly recommend Milan Pole Dance Studio to anyone in or traveling to the Miami area! I look forward to going back whenever I am in town again.

Love this studio! Beautiful interior design and layout makes you feel very comfortable while exercising. The studio also has the latest state-of-the-art equipment available. The owner is absolutely the best. She’s sweet and personally attends some of the classes and assists with your progress as well. It’s like having two instructors in one class. The instructor team consists of a team of very experienced and talented women bringing years of diverse experience to the studio. The instructors take pride in your development and certainly ensure you are progressing with every class. Lastly, the camaraderie that exists among the students and the instructors is refreshing. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Definitely worth your time checking out this studio!

I absolutely LOVE this studio! I have visited Miami twice, and on both occasions, I was able to train at MPDS. I was in town for a pole dance retreat, which was hosted at MPDS and they were so very welcoming to us. Silvia is an absolute doll, and such a kind-hearted and considerate host. A few of the girls and I took a class with Carinne, and like everything else at the studio, it was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, she was incredibly helpful, and her choreography was nothing short of amazing. I cannot wait to go back to Miami, just so I can visit the studio again. Thank you so much for accommodating us and making our week so very memorable. You are loved and appreciated by this little Texan :)

I was visiting the town for the Black Girls Pole Retreat and this was the host studio. I loved the space. The ceilings are high which I love and the window has a nice view. I also was able to take a stretch class offered by the studio and I LOVED it. I think Carmina was the teacher and she was fabulous. I have at least 3 new stretches to take home with me and I loved how engaging she was especially since I was new to the studio. Also the owner Silvia is great. She is so helpful and very understanding of our needs especially since I was visiting from our of town. Love love love this studio and This will definitely be the studio I visit when Im in Miami.

I have been going to Milan for a little less than a year, and I have had a pretty good experience. The staff is very welcoming and they have a variety of classes. I originally started with pole classes but now focus mostly on the flexy classes- there are not many places in miami that focus on stretching and splits. Unlike other studios, Milan is very welcoming to men as well- I have been to other studios and they either do not allow men or have made me feel uncomfortable. Milan is very open to everyone and instructors generally give specialized attention when needed. It can be pricey, but its totally worth it.

what a wonderful place! i was so nervous at first. i thought it would be really hard and everybody would be so much better than me and not be very nice. well, the first two things were true (ha), but everybody is so sweet! silvia, the owner, is there checking people in with a big smile and taking class every day. all of the instructors are incredible. joscelyn is a beast! her amazing ability coupled with her enthusiastic encouragement make you feel like you can do anything! and before you know it, you actually can! im so happy to be a part of this beautiful family and to have a home here.

Amazing dance studio in the heart of Wynwood. Multiple level classes are available from beginner to advance level. Instructors are really great and professionals, always trying to improve your skills as much as possible. Great ambiance, everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Pole dance is a great workout, it helps improve the overall body strength while shaping a great figure.
