I was in Miami and was in dire need of a good haircut. It was Sunday and most shops were closed, but two that were open piqued my interest, as they both had good reviews, SouthSide Barbershop being one of them. I chose a different one because it was closer, but I dont know how the first place I went achieved over 4 star status. If only I had a time machine. The first place was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and took an hour and a half in the chair to butcher my hair. The first thing I did after leaving was go to SouthSide. Danny not only fixed my previously poor haircut, he got me looking fresh and sharp. Short wait, fast, clean cut, and great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

I walked in more than an hour before they were supposed to close, and was told that they had decided that they were serving their last customer for the day. Going home whenever you feel like it when you have a business thats supposed to serve the public shows: (1) a poor attitude, (2) not caring about those who pay your bills, (3) not taking seriously the responsibilities of running a business, (4) content with barely scraping by, (5) not thinking long term, and countless other issues. Soon their competition will put them out of business, as the free market does when someone who cares performs the same service in a far better way.

A friend recommended this barber shop and I could not have been happier with my experience! I got my undercut reshaved with a design and it looks AMAZING! The barbers were very helpful, professional and friendly. There was no wait time whatsoever and my barber was quick and efficient. Ive been to other barbershops were I felt like the employees did not take me seriously because Im a woman, this place was not like that at all! I definitely will be coming back! Also its helpful if you speak Spanish but not necessary. My Spanish is pretty shitty but I had a picture so it was fine!

What?! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IN MIAMI! I have been around! Ive paid big bucks for a haircut. AINT NO PLACE AS GREAT AS THIS! These guys arent barbers - they are SURGEONS! I walked in to an amazing and super friendly atmosphere. No appointment. Waited a short bit for a chair to open up. I told the barber, Gustavo Molina, to take ten years off of me ; ). My man took off twenty! Everybody is talking to me about my cut and beard. I tell them, go to Southside Barbershop. All I saw was happy customers, happy barbers, and great cuts.

I called ahead and told me it was "the perfect time to come" I arrived within 10 minutes and only one barber there that didnt even quite acknowledged me. I sat there for 30 minutes without being given an update or anything, and even though another barber came he asked if I was waiting and I said: yes, just waiting for a haircut. He just proceeded to play music and set up his station and I was left there as if I didnt exist... what a disappointment

It was my first time going to this barbershop, I hadnt had a haircut in quite a while. I went in was attended quickly by Danny, & he gave a great haircut, it was a great experience, very professional, every barber there seems to know exactly what theyre doing. I highly recommend this barbershop & of course Danny. Ive lived in this area my whole life & its great to see businesses prosper & I hope they continue to do so.

Very friendly team...Nice skills of cuting and the high fade and line ups very good. Cheap and Nice cut .thanks to Mo Who speaks Lil french With me to feel more confortable on the salon .he knows some french words and was very sympathique to have discussion there. Based on reviews, I walked in and met Jesus, who gave me an exceptional haircut. Over an hour was spent fine tuning every last detail. Along with Jesus, the other barbers working there were top-notch as well, and everyone was very personable and nice. Id undoubtedly go here regularly if I lived in the area.

This is my go-to spot for getting my haircut in NY! Im very picky about who cuts my hair as I used to travel an hour and a half to see my barber when I used to live in Cali. I could always trust Nick to hook me up with a perfect haircut. You shouldnt hesitate about going to SouthSide Barbershop for a cut.

The two guys in the front are booked up on appts, the rest are all straight out of barber school, guy in the back tried to give me a fade, uneven, could still see lines, left some parts longer some parts shorter, oh and basically rubbed my scalp raw going over it over and over for a solid hour

Let me keep it simple and real. If they are from the hood they give real haircuts lol. The barbers do their job and they are masters at what they do. You ask for a 20 dollar haircut they give you a 50 dollar haircut. These guys are legit.
