Tuesday Aug 30, 2016. I walked in not knowing anything but the reviews of this place. I was a native New Yorker wwho just moved with the same barber my whole life. Needless to say I was skeptical. Walked in and Ralphy jumped up and asked what he could do for me. I told him my usually cut and he went away at it. Comically he had the chair facing AWAY from the mirror the entire time so I couldnt keep tabs on the progress. Honestly for the better as Im prone to freaking out. He then went as my beard per my request and, although I said it jokingly I meant it when I said to him, you can mess up the top but my beard is my baby. He laughed and at that point he acknowledged my nerves. He reassured me and went at that too. Longer than Im used to and quite frankly more expensive than I had expected (my usual cuts were 20$ flat with tip this was $25 with out). He finally turned me around and MY GOD this was the BEST hair cut of my life! All the reviews are true. The place is super clean and the guys are super nice. Helps if you speak Spanish as this is clearly a Dominican shop. Cash only though. Wish they took SQUARE Cash so I could use my card. Anyway. He turned me around and my jaw dropped. Best cut of my life. Thanks Ralphy. #CustomerForLife

First Time Here and wont return. I had a hair cut by the big guy at the right-back. Every guy is different my experience is with 1 guy. Positive: Clean, short or no wait, many available hair designers, tidy and modern environment Negative: Bad cut: I asked for number 2 on the sides and he did so short that probably lower than 1. It feels like 3mm hair left. Instead of using universal trim adopters, he used a tiny metal adopter. I never had this short hair in 15 years. I look like a Jar head. He charged me 20$ even though he knew I was extremely displeased with the cut. I found that to be on the high side as I was always charged 15$ before everywhere.

Great place have more than 20 big screens tvs all over the shop ive never been to a barber shop as huge as this one looks like a ware house they are more than 20 barbers,and you could walk in with out a appointment on the week ends late and you can still get a haircut. By far the best Barber shop ive ever been too. All barbers are great by what I see, I personally get my hair cut by Raffy & Danny like I said you can literally walk in & sit with any one no wait. Best part for me is the 80 inch tv in the middle of the shop where I always watch what ever sports game is on base ball basket ball & foot ball.

I would never go back again,I went to get a hair cut for a second time with a low skin,3 for the beard and 2 for the hair cut and was charged 30$ ,the first time,I went 4 months ago,I was charged 22$,so therefore that means the barbers are giving their own prices for haircuts then thee actual price...Dont get your hair cut from this place especially the barber in the back of the shop to the right by the office storage room 30$ for a hair cut in Miramar,Fl .. Your bugging

Been going to el patron for a little over two years now... never have I been disappointed my barber Alex. Coolest most professional guy there. Great Dominican style barber shop lots of music lots of trash talk, but all and all not only a great place to get a haircut but also a great place to just hangout while you wait. I can arrive two hours early if need be and just hangout and all the guys and super friendly and cool.

Busy and lots of barbers. I got the only guy who didnt have a customer. Red flag! This is always the weakest barber, since others had 2 or 3 people waiting. This guy spoke no English, but I could tell without talking to him, I was getting a great haircut. And I did, neat; clean, even, smooth, best-haircut-ever. And this guy was not even the best. You cant go wrong here for $20.

First time visit to El Patron. Very clean, great atmosphere during a short couple of minute wait (walked in after 8pm and there wasnt an empty chair in the shop). Easily the best haircut Ive ever had. My guess is all of the barbers are solid here, but I can absolutely vouch for Genrry... its not just a haircut, its a perfect cut experience.

Heard about this place and decided to check it out. It was an incredible experience. The shop is nice, and very clean. The barber chairs are REAL barber chairs. And their equipment is so sharp and clean no scars no snags no cuts. Great prices for haircut and beard trim also. Loved it.
