$25 for their "Tamiami Best" wash. Went on a weekday at 1pm, and second in line. After 45 minutes, my car was finally ready (I timed it). Mirrors were not cleaned on the inside, outside still had blue soap markings, spots on the inside were not vacuumed, inside of the doors were not touched, side view mirrors were pushed in, car was returned to me with all the doors opened. After speaking to a manager who offered to refund me, I was told it could not happen because the cashier was out and they did not know how to do refunds. As I called later, I was told that they would not refund me. There was a sign on the outside that stated to call the owner if you were unhappy with the service. I called and reached a voicemail with a full inbox. I will be calling my credit card company to refuse the charge on the basis that I did not receive the service that I paid for. I dont recommend anyone visit this poorly managed business.

This place is a joke. I brought my truck in to get cleaned they did it very fast but the job was horrible. I paid for there best wash. They wiped down part of the dash so you can see where it was cleaned and where it was not and it is like this all over the inside. The out side has blue soap all over the exterior and when I wipe it down it leaves a line that will not go away. I called and asked for the manager and they told me he is not available he is cleaning a car. I will be calling my credit card company to reject the charge as this sorry excuse of a car wash did not provide the service I paid for. I just had to spend 25 minutes cleaning my truck from the blue crap they left on it which now seems to have stained my white truck. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THE TAMIAMI CARWASH GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO A COMPANY THAT DESERVES IT.

went on 3-14-13. Paid $30.00 for a deal where they clean everything, the inside and out. They did not even attempt to clean the inside of the truck. They vacuumed the inside and that was the end of that part. They were supposed to wash the outside ensuring that all of the bugs and other debris were washed off of the truck and they did not. They were also to ensure that the rims of the vehicle were hand cleaned and of course, no one touched those either. The wash bay was filthy and in bad shape and the customer service was terrible for what I paid. The truck came out just as dirty as it went in, only now it was wet. Ask for a refund, they said no, they would was it again. Same thing happened again and I left. Terrible place. Does not deserve ANYONEs business.

While in line waiting for 30 min to be attended. I seen two employees hit 2 cars. When my car was done it was the dirty. Windows and wheels were dirty. They messed up my black moldings in the car. I asked to speak to a manager and one of the guys who hit a car said he was the manager. Then when he didnt solve the problem with the moldings. He said call the owner at that number. While I was calling the owner a guy with a Shell oil and lube uniform approached me saying hes the owner. He was rude and said his carwash chemicals dont damage cars. Than he just walked away. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT COME HERE. VERY DIRTY PLACE DONT KNOW HOW ARE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.

An employee hit my car from behind while it was still inside being cleaned. I happened to be sitting outside and I saw it happen. I could also see they had no intention of reporting it to me. It scratched my bumper. The damage was not significant, but what was significant was how RUDE and dismissive the manager was. He said It was ridiculous for me to even care about that and walked away. They did not even offer to refund the car wash. Truly disappointed, my family and I will never go there again and you shouldnt either!

I used to come here years ago and they would always do an amazing job but now this place SUCKS. I paid more than 20 and waited 40+ minutes for their most expensive wash and got something that looks like a kid did for $8... then again now the staff is completely full of them! There is 0 attention paid to detail when they clean your interior. I still had crumbs and scuff marks all over my car! Would not reccomend to anyone, all the horrible reviews are true, waste of money and time.

My first impression was that the place was really worth the price (i purchased the complete service) but after arriving home, Ive realized that the boys at the detailing didnt cleaned the dashboard neither the inside part of the doors, a service for the what Ive paid an extra fee. And about the essence that they put, it was just one or two splashes and on the drivers carpet, making it slippery. Really disappointed with the place.

They must of changed management or ownership had been here before and the customer service was lacking, however the young guys working were all friendly and my car is very clean I dont expect a $80-$100 detail with these washes but it was well worth the $25. Much better value over Busy Bee on US1. Will be back monthly

Their prices begin at 16.99 and go all the way to 89.99. Their staff is rather young and care free. I took my manual car in and no one knew how to drive it. One of the kids tried it and almost fish tailed leaving the automatic wash. They dont wipe down interiors correctly. The outside was clean though.

Horrible Service. Paid 18 bucks and still had to tell the guys to clean the rims, clean obvious spots on the car. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back here and I do NOT recommend this place. The guy was pissed because I was pointing out the dirty spots after the car was "cleaned"

Horrible service. I paid for an inside out deal and the just vacuumed the inside and horribly at that. When they told me they were done, i told the guy i had paid for an inside out and he was like, well they told you wrong. I went home nd just cleaned the car myself.

Quick cheap watch was worth coming to this place. No streaks, fast service and cool friendly staff. Detailing has to be pre-scheduled so dont expect immediate service if youre looking for such service.

Do not waste ur time or money....have ur 5 yr old son wash ue car....they will do a better job...paid for the most expensive wash...rims were untouched...inside dash untouched...overall terrible service...

I suppose to get a detail wash and they only clenead the radio and the frint of the inside, they didnt touch the seats or anything else. the outside was super dirty and even whit tree leaves

This place sucks. First time I went there they got white paint on my car when my car is black. Second time I go I pay $25 and looks like a $3 car wash. Gas station car wash does a better job.

UNDER NEW ADMINISTRATION Great service. Much more detailing than last adm. Went on a Saturday and in around 25 min my car was cleaned in and out. Definitely recommended. -Jetta 2017
