Ive washed with this chain of car wash for about 3 YEARS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER was in this specific one, my first time there and last. Thursday 5/11 i went to visit "el car wash" and left with a spare tire, due to the fact that the machine broke off my tire valve, I spoke to the manager but it was no use, he try to avoid the situation Finally after 2 long hour of argument and changing my tire with a spare we came to a agreement of them paying the cost of the valve not to mention the waste of time, gas and the car wasnt even washed right so i got a rewash for my next visit .Went back today for my money, the rewash and still didnt get my car cleaned right, this is what they call "the best we could do" said the Owner

This place has the worst customer service experience in car wash. My tires were dirty after I got the tire clean package, I went around and Jorge the "manager" looked at the tire and then stered at me and didnt say a word, I waited looking at him, then asked him if the mashine was broken, again he didnt answer me, he turned around and told the girl to give me smother free wash, and the tires were worst because he added the tire shine package, so the oil got on the rims and they looked dirty. I told him again the tires looked worse and he told me I should be thankful he gave me axtra car wash for free. His rude and non-welcoming attitude and all the kids who work there does not make me wanna come back.

The best thing about this place is the free vacuum. The lines on Saturday and Sunday are ridiculous, perhaps it would move faster if there were someone directing traffic at the end of the carwash and the girls that are standing by the machine arent chit-chatting about their nails or on the phone. Even if you purchase the $16 wash your car never comes out completely clean. I bite the bullet and do it by hand, save me the money and get a free vacuum.

Pretty good and fast experience with a great price. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help. I lost my license plate when I went through the machine and went back to find it. One of the girls from the office came out right away to help me out and find my plate. I offered a tip for helping me and she kindly said thank you but no thank you. Everyone speaks English and Spanish.

They need to be more flexible about the hours… most of the customers starting to work at 8:00am and finishing late at night, these people it doesn’t have the chance to wash the car during the week. Whoever, if El Car Wash were open at 7am intake of 8:00am, I am assure they will be a lot of customers happy with that. Just 1 hour before will make a different for us as a customer. Thank you

Stay away from this place. The tell you if you are going to use their services you have to have a sticker in the front glass. You they are to tell you what you have to put in your car. And plus you are giving free advertise to them. There are so much better service like this out there

I would recommend this to anyone who needs to do a quick car wash! The five dollar deal cant beat it no where else! Theres also happy hour and you can get $2 off if you come during it. Best thing is the self vacuum service. Bring a towel and some spray to do the interior as well.

The worst customer service even by Miami standards. They dont dry your car, youre better off spraying your car down with a hose. Ended up having to drive to another car wash to have my car rewashed. Save your money and go to a real car wash!!!

Not impressed...no difference between $5 wash and $16 wash. I honestly believe they should have someone quickly drying off your car. The one on Bird Rd has much better customer service.
