On May 26, 2014 I purchased their deal for 4 platinum pre-paid car washes. This is not the first time I purchased this and I have done in the past. This makes me a repeated customer of course. When I had my car wash on this same day they did a very poor job. They left it dirty inside in different places including the windows. Also I had some stains in the driver and passenger seats that I told them to clean up and they didnt. For the type of car wash they did, I could have done it myself and save the $87.03 that I was charged. There were also some arguing going on between 2 employees and they seem to care less about doing their job. They did a very lacking and bad job washing my car. I have a second car that I was planning in bringing to use my second pre-paid car wash that I paid for but now after this bad experience I am not so sure. Seems that is time to look for another car wash place.

First time I went for exterior wash for $5.95 was worth it, but the second time... I paid $17.90 for "deluxe wash" + a bug removal fee of $5 extra left me wishing for a better service. Besides my car not being fully clean, I couldve spent hours before someone notified me it was finished. My car was on and unattended. Bad.

I wish I could give this place a 0 stars. $30 for a machine to wash the outside and for them to pass a rag on my dash board. I ended up passing a wet napkin over my steering wheel and doors and it was black! Not to mention employees are extremely inappropriate towards customers. Terrible.

Took the car in to get steam cleaned. They had my car for 8 hours. When I got the car, the seats were still soaked. They dont have a way to dry the seats. Never offered a refund even after I asked. Spent the next few days trying to dry the seats to avoid mildew. Stay away from this place.

Very basic car wash service, regardless what package they try to upsell you on... Employees seem to care less. The owner appears to have checked out - quality has dropped off dramatically in recent years.

Last time I take my car there. Interior is still dirty, looks like they never wiped it. Shame, I had been going there for about 15 years... I guess all good things do come to an end.

My car was covered in bird poo and tree sap marshall and the guys did a great job getting it all off and made the car look new
