When I first started going to the Globe car wash it was great. I would get my car washed and hand-dryed for a reasonable price. Over the last few months things have changed. The car wash has "updated" its system you can no longer get a hand dry, but instead a machine buff dry. The buff try does not completely dry your car and leaves water marks all over. One day after the system was "updated" I asked that employee if I could still pay for a hand dry because I was less than pleased with the buff dry option. The employee responded in a negative way saying, "I will tell the owner, but I doubt he will listen." Just yesterday I went to the Globe car wash to have my interior cleaned. After paying $42.75 + tip for the superclean I got a car wash and dropped my car off to have the interior clean. When returning I came back to residue on my windshield from the spray bottle that was never wiped off, wet door jams, and dripping door panels. It seems that they did not take any time to properly clean the inside of my car. The windshield is smudged and the other hard surfaces were not properly cleaned. I could have easily done a better job with a wet paper towel. I am very displeased with my interior cleaning experience. I expected for such a pricey service to have atleast a clean windshield and dashboard. Which ever chemical they used has also change the color of some of the rubber parts on the interior of my car- turning it from black to a hazy white. I do not recommend Globes interior cleaning service. With reservation I recommend the exterior wash for a basic clean, but dont waste your money in the dry. I suggest taking your own towels and drying you car yourself.

This used to be the best place around to get the best car wash. Your car used to be handled with great care by the staff that would hand dry your vehicle and then clean your tires by hand. NOW the management decided to eliminate jobs to save money and got rid of the staff and bought a piece of crap "machine" to do the job that was what I didnt mind paying the extra money. This so called more efficient machine does not "hand" dry your vehicle at all like real people do and the tire shine I paid extra for that your new "machine " applied was worthless. I complained to the manager on duty and his could careless attitude was pathetic. He told me "well things happen" . Its a shame this place decided to eliminate jobs of hard working people for a "machine " that does a TERRIBLE job. Oh, yeah if you want your mirrors to eventually get ripped off by this new machine and its roughness to you vehicle , just go to this place a couple tImes. As for me, I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND PAY YOUR OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR A CAR WASH THAT IS NOW TERRIBLE!! I will take my business to one of those much cheaper lazer washes that does even a better job that your new fancy machine you bought to save yourself money. HIRE THE OLD EMPLOYEES BACK AND GET RIDE OF YOUR NEW TOY THAT RIPS PEOPLE OFF!!

This might be the worst car wash Ive ever been to. I moved here from Long Island and you would think pricing would be much more expensive there. Well its not. Most car washes back home are full service (exterior, interior and vacuuming and towel drying all included, thought you can opt for exterior only most places too). Im used to average price of about $20 for what I would consider an acceptable was. For $15, I thought I would get at least a half decent wash. That was not the case. Being that its not towel dry, and Im willing to accept that since I cant seem to many full service car washes here, there were so many water spots. Honestly, Ill live with that though. However, to have someone take the sprayer and risne my rubber, all weather mats, the owner wants to charge more. Ive NEVER paid extra for that. So when I threw the on the hood of my car, which Ive done in NY, the owner told someone to take them off my hood before going through. Talking about a cheap owner. That on top of the quality and pricing, I would never go back and I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs unless you are ok with supporting a cheap business owner.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT GO HERE. The manager is rude and doesnt care about your business. I have been to these type of car washes from here to Florida and everywhere in between. I have never had any of them say "I am not doing it" meaning my SUV. He wanted me to pay the detail price because of some dog hair. So after paying $30 for "interior only" I got my money back. I live with dog hair and was not expecting every little hair removed but I just wanted it cleaned up. That is why I went there..... to get my SUV cleaned. That is the service the place is supposed to provide. I think that is why it called car wash. But apparently at this place they only want clean cars. So if your car interior is dirty... I suggest you find another place that can do it. The manager should not be in customer service. He would be better in a job that doesnt involve people. Place has negative people and will lose alot of business.

This used to be the best place to go until the ornery manager/owner renovated it. First, he laid off most of his staff, good people that were working hard for the money they were making. Second, instead of having an actual human tending to the cleanliness of your vehicle, Globe now relies on the car wash itself to get your car clean. No one going over your wheels and tires making sure they shine, no one wiping down your car making sure it is dry and clean. For the money spent, it was well worth it when there was attention to detail. Now the money spent doesnt even get your car clean. One disgruntled FORMER lifetime customer.

I sat in line for over 10 minutes. Multiple employees walking around talking to cars they let me get all the way to pay and then tell me I cannot going to call wash because of my salt spreader It is a small spreader that is lower than my roof and sticks out about 2 feet Have gone through multiple car wash is over the past years with no issues Couldve told me when they saw me pull in or saw me in line. Brought two people with me to get the cars cleaned for the first time I will not be returning

First visit since there renovation. Got the Hot Wax wash with the tire shine. They have everything completely automated now so no waiting in line after your wash to be dryed or for someone to put on the tire shine. Car came out great. Amazing! Thinking about joining there Unlimited wash program. Sounds like a really good deal.

I parked my car for a few days and it was completely covered with dirty bird poop ....the people here were very gracious about it and made sure they gave a good scrub and did extra detailing !!! Amazing service And they also recommended a better parking place for Pittsburg airport - Globe parking
