Ive been in to a couple fender benders with multiple cars, and have gotten cars repaired at several shops of different calibers. The uncle that works on cars for life all the way up to the preferred company that my insurance sends me to. But BY FAR, and I sincerely mean by far, they did a phenomenal job.. They went above and beyond. On top of making my 14 camry look brand new with no sign of prior damage, they detailed my car, in and out. I never left a review for any company other than bad reviews for some restaurants, let alone a body shop, but when you experience this level of customer service, that clean of a bathroom, and text message updates for every bit of progress on the job, you have no choice but to obligate yourself to make sure people know about this auto body repair shop. Im amazed.

One of the most cleanest, organized and efficient auto body repair shops I have been to ever!!! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. They all take a lot of pride in their work and treat every car that is being worked on as their own. The bathrooms are very clean. Front desk and waiting area is modern, clean and there is always something on the television to keep you occupied. The manager James is super sweet and the same goes for Kyle, the owner; they are extremely knowledgeable and will help guide you in the right direction and to understand the process. It has been a pleasant experience because of the Carstar team!!! ACE SULLINS ROCK!!!

I am very very excited when it comes to this place they are very informative when it comes to Kyle and James they kept me up to date with my 2015 Nissan Altima. Although I have not received my car yet or seen it I appreciate their business and love the customer service I receive. I felt the need to to comment because the business I receive is unbelievable and I have never received this service before. Keep up the good work this is my new body shop

This is a Awesome car place, I brought my Mercedes Benz C250 here that I got into a reck with, they made it look newer then when I first brought it. They fought with my insurance company to make sure I got quality new parts, they even detail your car after they are done. They always answer the phone every time. James and kyle are the best, there technicians also. Thanks Guys

Excellent service. Not only did they quote a fair price for their work, but charged LESS when it took less time than they thought it would, plus put air in my tires - "because they needed it" - as a courtesy. Then they wrote down the names of two electrical shops that they recommended for some other work I needed done. Could not be happier with these guys.
